My favorite ice cream shop in Duck! The owner Jeff makes the best malted shakes and their ice cream selection is better than a lot of other places in the area. The shop is located in the perfect spot to watch the sunset and enjoy ice cream! Can’t wait to go back!

Delicious milkshakes! The space is small so I can imagine lines could get wrong, but we have always had quick and courteous service. Plenty of flavors of ice cream, and even more snow cones. My kids like it, I like it. It’s a little expensive, but what can you expect from a tourist town? Lots of seats outside (shared for the plaza). No bathrooms.

Old man owner (Jeff) yells at little kids. 9 y/o didn’t know what flavor he yelled at her. We accidentally called it snow cones, Jeff=angry (it’s called snowballs). We had 8 ppl and he was mad it was taking too long to order. Then yelled at employees when they tried to help him with the order.

Both workers were rude to the family in front of us (family of 4 with littles) and to us
(Family of 5 with kids). Kept telling us they're only open until 930 so we need to decide soon. It was 6pm. Couldn't explain what was in their Trash ice cream, and they have a sign that says "they aren't sorry that their humor is offensive to you".
Ice cream was tasty.
The boardwalk they are located on was the best part of their shop.
We will go back to the plaza, but not this ice cream shop.

The old man owner was rude with a family ahead of us and to our party. Our little guy who is 4 yrs old said snow cone in blue and he was rude and said its a snowball and there are 3 blues, which one? Then told us to hurry up because there is a line. Customer service from him was the worst. Told him he was being rude and he said he had been there 20 years and he would be there next year. Said place your order or leave.

The man there was very rude to both of the people I came. He insulted us whenever the ice cream was ready if we didn’t grab instantly, even though we were the only ones there, and he touched two of the orders we got with his bare hands. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Ice cream was yummy though.

I have never left a bad review anywhere before but I felt like I should warn people. DO NOT GO HERE!! The owner is unbelievably rude, vulgar, and impatient. He was insulting when a simple question about where the flavor list was asked. He muttered under his breath “so stupid and can’t read” after he had already been insulting. I walked out without buying anything due to the experience and I will personally never be back!! Never have had a worst customer service experience in my life!

Tried getting a soft serve from them and they gave it to me melted and practically falling off the cone. Decided to try again and get a snowball, the syrups are just... Not good. I got a chocolate that tasted like alcohol. Tried a cherry next since maybe the "exotic" flavors are just an acquired taste and there was no cherry taste.

Lots of flavors of icecream, smoothies and snow cones. Service was ok, no complaints.

We love this place - great service every time. We went in with a group of 9 (6 kids) and the owner was very friendly and teasing the kids as he handed each their cone. They liked him so much we had to go back the next night and he remembered us, which was really nice. A great stop for a treat toward the end of the boardwalk if you walk north to south. One of the best Americanos in town, also, made just to my liking. Highly recommend.
