Caribou Coffee

Tried Turtle Mocha Cooler and Chocolate Crafted Press. The server was probably new and ended up giving cold Chocolate Crafted Press instead of a hot one. They did replace it later. I was expecting better taste after reading reviews. Found it just an average. Mocha Cooler was sweeter.

Ambience was pretty nice.

This Caribou Coffee is a nice spot. It seems pretty popular. There's usually a lively vibe at different times of day. The coffee drinks are delicious, just wish they weren't so expensive but it seems that that's the norm nowadays. I really like the cold Nitro latte with a couple vanilla shots. I haven't tried their food so I can't comment on that...trying to keep my coffee bill relatively low 😊

love the coffee!!! We mainly use the drive through. Please tell your regular patrons who sit outside not to park their cars blocking the drive through. And, please fix the huge potholes. 😊

The folks behind the counter were great (5 stars) but my beverage and parking experience weren't.

I loved Caribou when I was in college and stopped by one recently for a treat. Sadly, the spiced chai latte seems to have changed significantly. It was so sweet it was not drinkable, even after I tried mixing in black coffee at home later (and I like dirty chai lattes). With tip, that was $8 down the drain.

The parking lot is also a big pain. It's tough to get into a spot and once you're in, you might get your bumper caught on rebar sticking out of the concrete. Between the drink and needing to get my bumper fixed now, it was not a good morning.

The people who work here are saints! They are calm cool and collected even with some long lines. I was in Cary for a week and came here almost daily as it was close to where the family was staying. They are quick and friendly - I highly recommend!

The coffee was coffee. Didn't eat the food. I feel like it could have used a solid cleaning inside. Not a ton of parking. But there is some in the back that I didn't see when I first got there. Don't park in the gas station next door they will tow

This is my go to place over all other options. Absolutely love the selection of drinks and food. I do not like going in and will only do the drive-thru.

This place is great and the coffee is delicious every time! We like coming here and chilling with some coffee and friends!

Love the atmosphere! Been going to this location whenever I’m in town for the past couple of years and never had a negative experience. Drinks/food are always tasty and accurate. Would recommend coming here 100%!

Drinks and service are great. The fireplace is warm and cozy but the parking bites. Something really needs to be done. I feel they lose business because of the parking. I've seen people pull in and then leave because there was nowhere to park.
