Caribou Coffee

This is my regular caribou and the service is fast and friendly. I love the cozy, 'local coffee shop' feel which is different to other big coffee chains. I usually use their mobile app for orders which makes contactless payment and picking up at my convenience super easy.

I stopped by to get my free birthday drink! I really appreciate Caribou Coffee and their gift! Also, as a "bonus" there were these beautiful yellow flowers out front of the shop. Yellow is a favorite color of mine! 🌻

Our first time dining at Caribou Coffee. The food was pretty good for prepackaged sandwiches. Coffee was fantastic with lots of options.
The dining area was cozy and the staff was friendly for being busy.
This place doesn't seem like the best choice if you're in a hurry. It took quite awhile for all the pieces of our order. (I finished my sandwich before my kids sandwich came out and I was trying to eat as slowly as possible) I basically finished my coffee and sandwich before my boyfriends coffee was finushed being made. This was all on the same check. A lot of people were waiting awhile for their coffees and the drive thru was moving very slow as well. It was also difficult to find parking and difficult to get out because the drive thru line was very backed up. Once you get in the drive thru line there is no escaping.
It seems like they needed one more person in the kitchen or something.
We had a overall good experience because we were not in a hurry. But if we were I think my review would've been a little different.

Best tasting coffee, nothing else needs to be added. Starbucks have nothing on these guys. I highly recommend them at any location. Wish there was one in Virginia.

I had the campfire coffee. So good! I also tried their apple fritter. Although I personally believe no one can touch my apple fritters, I was delighted to say that Caribou's apple fritter was pretty darn good. And they did warm it up.

Wish there were one closer, like the 27519, Highway 55 location.

The bathroom was the worst experience of a bathroom.

Ordered a chai and it was too expensive for what I received.

This is my preferred coffee spot inside Cary. It's a little pricey, but the atmosphere is excellent. I also appreciate that drip coffee refills are complimentary. I also like getting a chocolate espresso bean when I get a mocha.

Parking can be brutal here. They are landlocked by other businesses, so you just have to hope you can park close to it. But compared to coffee shops in other urban areas it's a piece of cake. My wife and I have walked a mile to get a white mocha in Berkeley, so walking across the street for Caribou is no big deal.

I love the coffee and I love the atmosphere! Plenty of seating and outlets; perfect to study for an extended period of time. The location is clean and the staff are friendly. Most importantly, the coffee is fresh and there are plenty of snack and sandwich options to grab. I personally am a fan of an iced coffee with plenty of milk. Yum!

Good place to grab a coffee and get some work done. Again, service was blah. Sometimes I think the employees need to have a cup of coffee to perk up.

The coffee is great, the staff is very friendly. It's too bad that there is a common element of patrons that frequent the patio area and pathologically refuse to obey the no smoking rules. The staff is unwilling to offend them at the expense of all the other customers that are trying to enjoy their coffee free from second hand smoke.

***Update***
I still love the dark chocolate hot chocolate. However, there was a severe struggle today with communication. I was mostly dealing with a new employee but appearantly there is not real alteration to the food at request because they do not make it in house. Also I ordered my drink without toppings but received the extra sugar on sugar with a sprinkle of more sugar anyhow. Plus my sandwich was still frozen in the center. Next time I am meeting for a breakfast meeting it will need to be somewhere else.

I will still get the Dark Hot Chocolate! No Toppings.

I absolutely love the dark chocolate hot cocoa. Have yet to eat anything there that is very tasty, though. Inside is a nice place to sit awhile though. ALWAYS friendly service.
