Amazing coffee. Good indoor ambience. Due to the prime location, outdoor gets a little noisy during busy hours due to traffic.

I went to get Reindeer Blend coffee, but naturally was too late. We couldn't go in because like most places they didn't have enough staff. It would have been nice if they had posted it near the drive through or some place visible outside so we didn't have to park, get out, read the tiny sign on the door then go around the block again and end up in the drive through anyway. I love Caribou Coffee but it's getting old because they only have 8 parking spaces and 2 are handicapped. You take a chance trying to park or you can park two parking lots away which isn't great when it's raining or have a lot of stuff in your hands. I think when I use the rest of the money on my app I will quit going there.

Caramel High-rise is my favorite coffee, medium with four extra pumps of caramel, I paid for it and it's worth it; and the customer care; is always so inviting and engaging! Despite a busy day. Thank u for your handwork as front line staff serving others.

The dark chocolate hot cocoa was hot and tasted great. Service was fast and I liked that there is a drive thru.

Love this place! Their coffee has always been well prepared in my experience. I love the campfire mocha with dark chocolate. They've been pretty busy lately whenever I've been there, so ordering inside can have you waiting for 5-10 minutes. It's always been worth it though.
