The atmosphere was family friendly with good vibes. The food was great, pictured below is a buffalo chicken sandwich. They also serve ice cream with a wide variety of flavors.

Food was great! Portions were big with the exception of the kids pizza. Pizza was also over priced for what you get size and type. Just a little square frozen pizza for $6.95.

Went here today for the first time. The cafe has a very cozy atmosphere with Elvis memorabilia, and very retro booths! The lady running the show today was awesome. I ordered a boxcar burgers and cheese curds, AMAZING! I grew up in Wisconsin so cheese curds are definitely in my blood, they serve Wonder cheese curds! I have been told that everything on the menu is good, so definitely stop in and grab one of the best burgers around!

We eat there every time we are in town. We came in for my favorite sandwich and Marth remembered it. I forgot to mention that I do not like peppers but Merth did and the order was perfect. I am getting another today. Great job and awesome cafe. Milkshakes are awesome as well.

Best place to get ice cream in town. Such a friendly staff and good old fashioned hard to find ice cream flavors. Definitely recommend!

The staff was friendly and the food didn't take that long. I would recommend eating there before the train makes it back to the station because it can get crowded very quickly. It is a small shop with limited indoor and outdoor seating. Be sure to get some ice cream before you leave. The business was clean and inviting.

Food was cheap the price was well over what it's worth. Staff acted bothered when we came in and the place was empty. We will never go back.

Went in earlier today and ordered a amaretto coffee. That staff was super friendly and the person that fix it was super nice very friendly. Jeff Fuller thanks for a great coffer. Great place to eat and get ready great coffee.

I love Box Car, they are frequent customers of ours at Hot Spot in Bryson city and us of them. Martha is great and knows us well, they are quick with our pick up orders and the food is always great. Love they're old timey decor as well.

BoxCar is amazing and have some of the best staff! Martha has always gone above and beyond to help me and make sure my order is always correct. I will definitely stay a regular! Don’t miss out!
