Order taker just looked at me , didn’t ask what we would like to order, just looked at me until I ordered . A “hello , what can I get for you” would go a long way here. This isn’t our first time in & it really feels like we are bothering them by going in. Good in a pinch but we probably won’t be going back .

Ice cream is super yummy., Lots of flavours and generous portions. Prices were affordable. The Reuben was spot on: delicious and exactly the way a Reuben should be. Indian fry bread was great! Family owned and run. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Outdoor seating. I would give it five stars, but for one thing that in covid times I find baffling: no masks worn by the staff.. ?.

I absolutely love this place, the food is always amazing, you definitely get your money's worth, I usually make two meals from the tater tots.

Pretty decent! Knocked a star because only one employee was wearing a mask and you can see back into the kitchen and I saw our food was being prepared without gloves. But I didn't know if she had or had not washed her hands before (I'm assuming) but I hate calling people out. There is also no restroom for customers. Lastly there was a small hair/fuzz from clothing on my sandwich, but I just ate around it. With all that said the food tasted great and it's a cute place.

This was a cute little ice cream shop in the middle of downtown Bryson city. Easy to get to and perfect after dinner or afternoon treat. The decor is adorable and the staff are friendly

Great Ruben and onion rings. Owners and personnel were friendly and very helpful. Great recommendations. Hand dipped ice cream YUM.

Highest place in Bryson city.. two cheeseburgers and two orders of Onion rings. Ordered over the phone (all cold)... $27.00....i asked if that was the local price and was told that's EVERYONE price.. my last trip.

In my humble opinion, Boxcar Cafe is the only wise business that delivers into the evening, and they have a great variety of delicious food on the menu. Bon appetit!!!

This place is AMAZING! Really good food and well priced. Chicken quesadilla is amazing, as well as the burgers! Not to mention the baked potato with broccoli and cheese. Kids loved it.

Stopped by earlier today to grab a quick bite to eat. When I walked in I was met with a glowing friendly smile from Christiana and Martha. The food was amazing and I made a point to tell the cook how I enjoyed the food I think his name is Robert. Thanks for the great food and great friendly service I will visit again.
