I've been going to the Roost since opening day. Amazing breakfast and lunch. Great staff and ownership. Call ahead for pickup if you can't stay and eat. The best breakfast and lunch place in Ballston Spa.

Had a breakfast order to-go. Only issue was there was a long line you had to wait through with non to-go people to get to the counter. Other than that, the food was excellent. Would definitely go again.

Iron Roost is by far one of my favorite breakfast spots around. The food is local, fresh, and delicious. Coffee is amazing. Waffles are out of this world. Although wait times for a table on the weekend can be long, once you’re seated the food comes quickly. There are high tables which are first come first serve to avoid wait time on tables. During the week, getting seated is not a problem.

Got the garden fiesta breakfast and it was delicious. Atmosphere is ok rather loud and echoing space. My only gripe would be the Panera style service and asking for tip before food or anything is actually served.

We have enjoyed this place since it first opened. Took my daughter for breakfast today and the home fries on both our plates were cold. The sausage on my plate looked nicely cooked until I cut into it and could taste the burnt flavor that was on the under side of the sausage. They replaced it with some cold bacon. Had trouble getting a waitress to pay attention to us as well. Thoroughly disappointed with our breakfast this morning that we go out of our way to go to. .

Love the iron roost. Always have a great breakfast and good coffee. Wife with celiac disease safely eats waffles and other delicious gluten free things. The two birds bakery takeaways are also fantastic. Definitely check it out.

Fantastic breakfast spot. Not your run of the mill diner, very nice atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff who make you feel right at home. The waffles are out of this world!
