The waffles are excellent. Simply the best in the game. I have yet to eat a waffle I haven’t enjoyed, and I have been working my way through the menu. The staff is very courteous and kind. Definitely worth a visit.

They do have takeaway options through the Mealeo app.

All the little spots in Ballston Spa are great, but Iron Roost is hands down my favourite place for breakfast (and coffee 🙊) Staff are super friendly and welcoming and the food is just amazing and the restaurant has a great comfortable vibe. Daily specials never disappoint. I ordered a homemade cake for my boyfriend’s birthday, and I genuinely think it was one of the best I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to come back

I was visiting from out of town and the Google rating suggested this place as great. Honestly, they make the Best chicken salad I've ever had! Price was a bit harsh, though, and going in without knowing they'd be that expensive was a bummer. I didn't have the time to find another place and the atmosphere is drawing. I'd love to go back but with a budget.

Just what I was looking for. I live in Clifton park but they don’t have anything as cozy as this hidden gem. Not only is it cozy the food is great and the prices are good. Will be worth the drive for my weekly brunch

YUMMY food and such wonderful, attentive staff! I could eat the Two Birds Egg Sammy every day of my life. Their iced coffee is also superb!

This place was amazing, make sure your on the wait list online though it's busy, but omg.

The place was super clean, and not over loud so big plus for me.

First timer for breakfast. Friend highly recommended it. Long wait, no problem as coffee was to be had while waiting. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Place smelled good. Food arrived fast and hot and looked good on the plate. A bit pricey but not bad considering the location. I really wanted to love the food. We are looking for a breakfast place to replace the one we loved that closed. Nothing to complain about, but nothing that was great. The french toast was done in a waffle iron and I just didn't like the taste. Real maple syrup didn't help it. The homemade sausage patty was good, a nice flavor, but my friend claims its better than sex. Not sure what kind of sex he's having. The place was clean and comfortable so all in all I give it three stars. Really wanted to find a five star place. This isn't it.

Love the atmosphere, food, drinks, everything. I’ll give five stars because this place is the BEST in so many ways. But I will add that the lady I frequently get at the counter is horribly curt and unfriendly. I have tried to smile, be super pleasant, always say thank you very sincerely, and she just has a miserable scowl on her face. I don’t know if this is how she is with everyone or not.
Other than this I absolutely adore this place.
