Hotel La Fonda de Taos

Great lunch. The waiter was a little slow,. Had to flag him down for refills and missing side.

Stopped in for a coffee. Very courteous and helpful staff and comfortable lobby

It's a beautiful hotel but waking up at 7 AM to church bells and not having a restaurant or lounge made this a place just to sleep, and I didn't get much of that.

It was in a really nice location, right on the square. The staff was also very friendly. Free Starbucks coffee for all guests. Overall a very nice place.

Old historic hotel located on the plaza. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and lots of local arts. Enjoyed farmers market on Saturday, (on the plaza) lots of locally grown fruits and vegetables.

BEWARE: Even though they publish a "FREE CANCELLATION DATE" they hit your credit card for your charges - immediately... Then, when you call them they give you double talk about how they have issued you the refund -
but they just can't tell you when you might see the money back on your card??? Funny how they can hit your credit card in 15 seconds - but it might take you weeks to see your money back in your account. Makes vacation planning a real nightmare...

This was one of the worst nights I have ever lived through in a hotel. The bed was awful, small and hard. The side clock went off all night,and I swear there is a mouse. It is 5am and I am just waiting for checkout

Historic place to visit even though I didn't stay here

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service was awesome

Comfortable and beautiful hotel...the mezzanine invites you to just stay, have coffee, and read all day, but then you would not get to take in the interesting culture.😉
