Dusty Boots Motel

Very nice and clean. The owners and staff are very helpful and nice. The banana bread is amazing! The mattress is top quality. I’d stay here every time. Cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed in! They made my husband’s birthday special!

5 stars for cleanliness, hospitality, accessibility, the bathrooms were very clean to note . My stay there recently was very good. The Lumberjack boot breakfast at the cafe was amazing. I will definitely be back or staying at the Dusty Boots. I would recommend booking with them if you are in Cloudcroft ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absoultely loved our stay. Staff is super nice and the room was super clean. Each room is decorated to a theme. Loved the decorations!

The owner is so nice & hospitable! They deserve 10 stars! They treat you like family. They even surprised us and brought us banana bread to our room! We loved staying here so much we extended our stay another day. The staff is so nice here, we don't want to leave! Beds are super comfortable. Pet friendly. Cute decor in the rooms. Private bathrooms. Seating areas outside. Beautiful landscaping. Great views. Love the cafe, great food and convenient. Rates were very reasonable for our stay. Very quiet and peaceful location. Room had a mini fridge and microwave, and wifi.Can't wait to come back!

This was the perfect place for us! We loved the room (we saw a lot of comments about size, but it's the size you should expect for a motel). We had all 4 of our dogs with us for no extra cost. The location was great, the lady helping us was so extremely nice and helpful. the 2 things I wasn't thrilled about was lighting in the room, and all the plugs were taken. I had to unplug things to charge my phone.
We highly recommend Dusty Boots and we look forward to our next stay with them!

Since I was keeping a tight schedule I only stayed here for just a stort time, so I didn't get to enjoy the cafe or the Banana Bread. The room was very nice and super clean. It's all you could hope for in a rustic room up in the mountains. I arrived late in the night but they are always around so the guy at the front counter came and greeted me within a few minutes after calling the number provided. He was super friendly and made sure I knew everything I needed to so I could have a great experience. I definitely want to come back when I have more time to check out the cafe and stuff around town.

Very cozy and comfortable restaurant. They were very busy and there was one waitress waiting 10+ tables. She was running around like crazy getting everyone taken care of, and she did a great job, getting our orders correct and our food out fast. I ordered the hatch green chilli burger with seasoned fries and they hit the spot! I highly recommend. Plan to go back 1st chance I get.

The newly renovated Dusty Boots Motel is a little Cloudcroft Gem. The renovated rooms are a charming experience to stay in and adds to the Cloudcroft experience. The staff was informative and helpful upon check and provided a number for 24 hour access, if anything arises. The room was charming, clean and warm. It had all the amenities needed: coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge and lovely soaps and shampoos. The WiFi was great and was able to keep up with the kids gaming and YouTube in their iPads. We will definitely stay here again.

Cozy, quaint motel with clean rooms and excellent customer service. We didn't have a reservation and they accommodated us for the evening (checked in around 7pm). Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Cloudcroft.

This was the most BEAUTIFUL place ever! The hospitality, food, room and views were amazing! The owners try there best to accommodate your every need and they definitely accomplished that with my husband and I! Just be patient because this is a small place and small town so the weekends and holidays do get super busy but well worth the wait! My husband and I will definitely be returning! A BIG special thank you to the owners, cleaning staff and restaurant employees!
