Virgin River Hotel and Casino

VRC has become a regular Pit Stop for us when we make Lottery Ticket runs to AZ from Vegas. They've improved the casino a lot and another guest said the rooms were nice at a bargain price but our stop is for the bargain food! The $8.99 Prime Rib special in the Cafe has never disappointed!

I go to Virgin River casino to play the poker machines. I always have a good time. The machines can be a little tight sometimes but there have been a few occasions that I have done quite well. They have a really good buffet at the Virgin River casino. This buffet is not a place I could eat everyday but I do enjoy eating here about once a month. The waiters and servers at the buffet really do a good job. I also stay in the hotel quite often. They have multiple buildings with hotel rooms around this casino. They also have a good-sized bowling and a small arcade for kids.

Last night was quite unfortunate and sketchy.
Management should take course of action of a newly employee for reevaluation and have more training if necessary.
One female dealer from the casino had a hard seventeen DRAW a card and busted. Marc one of the pit boss manager was over looking the table, came to intervene picked up the card and discarded it to the stack. We all lost that round.
This is something that should be looked into and see who is at fault. Shame.

Rooms desperately need updating. Location is convenient. Get the free players card and swipe every day for free food vouchers. Sometimes only $1 but it will get you a free hot dog at very least.

Very reasonably priced. Surprisingly comfortable beds. Nice pool. Casino is great during the week but not a lot of winning on the weekends. Buffet is mediocre but we enjoyed the cafe food.

The room was a little sketchy, the pillows were way to fat so I slept without one. We requested an upper floor but were put on the ground floor. Either the occupant or housekeeping was walking back in circles from 5am to 7am, in the spot directly above my bed, which wasn't very nice for me, who went to sleep at 2am after a LONG drive.

Worst customer service from the over 6 ft. tall hotdog lady. I have been going to the Virgin River Casino for roughly 7 years. We drive down from Las Vegas every Sunday to eat and enjoy the games. Before we drive back Las Vegas I tried to get a hotdog. I ask for a plain hotdog. She responds, " just the bun?" No, I would like a plain hotdog with nothing on it. She responds, "Just the dog" NO! A PLAIN HOTDOG WITH NOTHING ON IT. She gets upset, puts the dog in the bun dripping wet, and with attitude, hands it to me.

My brother had been trying to go play this jalapeños game all week & when he got there he spent 60 & won 600 in like 5 minutes so we left & went to the dispensary with his winnings. Great weekend in our room with room service! Lol

Really nice hotel, one of nicest I’ve stayed at. Basically a resort, with pools, hot tubs, restaurants, Buffett, and casino. They are getting a bit expensive these days, I remember the days you could stay here for a nickel and dime.
