    My room was about $27 which I thought was very reasonable. There wasn’t much amenities in the room that I’m used to in another hotels, but it appeared clean.

    Unfortunately, I got bed bugs from there so my $27 room ended up costing me $4000 because I brought them home and I had to have an exterminator come in to get rid of them.

    The actual resort was decent. It had a good pool. The casino was fun. The food was decent, but it turned out to be a very expensive weekend for me. I would never go back again.

    Dreadful experience, forget it! Third-floor room for $38/night + tax had minimum essentials, similar to Motel 6. Under-window A/C Unit made loud rattling noise 24 hrs. when set on low or high, which made sleeping comfortably very difficult. Truck/equipment could be heard crushing boxes behind casino in pre-dawn hours. Towels are of very poor quality. Our 2 bath towels were soiled when we arrived. We called housekeeping, he brought up 2 new towels that had a bad smell from laundering. Two conspicuous signs are posted inside the room which rudely itemize the replacement value of each size of towels, sheets, blankets, pillows. Scrolling TV directory on channel 2 showed many stations & programming that didn’t work. TV screen size was suitable for a kid’s bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Tasty food in Sierra Buffet x 2 occasions, but waitress claimed they were out of iced tea, but then I saw a different waitress bring a tray of 4 iced teas to another table. Maintenance man knocked on the door of the room next to us at 12:20pm & then he came to our room & he said water would be turned off to the whole building “for a short time” for plumbing repairs. He said front desk clerks should have called us & notified us 1/2 hour earlier, but they didn’t. Front desk clerks are hostile & quarrelsome & they lack good customer service tact. Check-in procedure with credit card was contrary to what our reservationist told us on the phone. We left 1 day early with no penalty. > Strongly recommend travelers pay more money & stay at the stylish Eureka Casino Resort across the street from Virgin River Casino Hotel.

    I ranked this 1 star hotel at 5 star review. While the rooms were simple, they were clean. Ample parking, the casino is fun. Just remember it's not a 5 star joint. So go with 1 star expectations and ypu will be happy

    I gave the place a 3 star rating. Hotel was fine, and the gambling was fine. Totally what we expected, as we have stayed here numerous times.

    Another bright spot is the $0.75 cent hot dogs. The attendant, a tall lady, was pleasant to do business with, and served good hot dogs.

    However, the breakfast buffet was just ok, but nothing to write home about. Some of the waitresses had coughs, and runny noses. The young lady at the cash register knew her job completely, as did the cook at the fry station making omelets.

    The worst part was the snack bar in the bowling alley. Signs say they close at 7pm. I get there at 6:30 pm to order buffalo wings. The counter girl after giving her male counter part a hug and kiss behind the counter in front of me, tells me their kitchen closes at 6:30 pm. The only signage about closing time says 7pm. Lazy workers I guess. This happened at 6:35 pm, on February 22, 2023.

    After that encounter, I went and got my wife, and told her to cash out, that we were done gambling there on this trip.

    Got a room here for my sister. This hotel has no amenities for the room, but the casino is great. It was hard to find a cocktail waitress, so we just got our drinks from the bar. Good times and i recommend.

    Front desk clerk said, "I am with a customer and we look forward to seeing you when you come in." And basically cut me off inquiring about parking options over the phone and then hung up on me. Never even knew who I was talking with on multiple calls.

    Check-in was confusing and not even the slightest effort to detail some of the services and features of the casino/hotel. There was no one waiting in line behind me.

    Ratty and stained towels/wash-cloths/hand-towels, etc. No bed spreads. Dirty tub. The plaque over the bathroom mirror detailing the cost to replace items pretty much sums things up. Never seen anything like it. Hard to imagine anyone taking anything from the rooms.

    They do not appear to care that much what others think.

    Room is nice but the handicapped toilet is for a small child not an adult. Also can hear very loud guests fighting all night so loud the police came over. Not my favorite hotel but good for a quick stay.

    Very nice place. Clean ,basic rooms and very pet friendly. Good price. Restaurant had excellent food. We don't gamble but walked through casino and it big and clean. Has a couple pools and hot tubs. Toilet is very low like for kids. Hard on older people with bad knees!

    Updated: the cooks at the buffet were awesome and helped my mom who has food allergies and the waitstaff was also great. The blackjack dealers were fantastic and we had a very fun time. Highly recommend this place other than the front desk people. The people that answered the phone were also kind.

    Original review: The front desk woman who said she was a supervisor on 3/29 at around 2:30 pm was awful. We were waiting for our rooms to be ready - no problem - and she just was terrible like we were at the DMV. Otherwise decent property for the price. I’d stay here again I just wouldn’t want someone with such a bad attitude in charge of anything if I ran this place.

    Went on a Saturday and spent one night there. The room cost, with fees/ taxes was 99$. Definitely not worth that much. Played in the casino and it had a good selection of older and newer games so that was great.
