    The food at the cafe was absolutely disgusting and I refused to eat it. Everything is canned... They made me nachos I'd make for a 4 year old at home if I was on a budget, right from the can. They use peanut oil for everything and I am allergic to peanuts. They do not have allergy notices anywhere. Their menu is horrible. I'd go to the Taco shop across the street instead.

    Heh can’t complain about the price and a little of everything to do, even bowling! The restaurants are pretty good and prices really not bad. The hotel is minimal at best, no coffee maker or fridge but again you get what you pay for, and I’m still looking for the ice Machine!! Lol

    Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. My family and I came out here to ride motorcycles razors ect. Had the security guys in the parking lot let us know we can not wrench on the bikes in the parking lot, and everything needs pushed off property before riding or starting. Or else we would be kick out for trespassing with no refund for the week hotel room. Zero negotiation. Zero respect. Thanks a lot security Jim

    It's was not great. We arrived after a long day of driving . At first things were ok because we didn't do anything but go to bed. But in the morning we went to shower one room the shower didn't work at all and in the other room a dirty hand towel was hanging on the shower head. When calling the front desk they told me they couldn't do anything. So I called Expedia and they are working on it but they will have to wait for the manager to get in. Very frustrating. Not recommending the hotel. But the buffet and the casino was nice and staff was super friendly.

    I recently had a very personal and stressful incident take place where I left behind my briefcase 💼 which contained a great deal of my personal papers and funds. I was promptly contacted by the Virgin River Hotel staff regarding this matter! I wish to compliment and Thank the entire staff and specifically Sean Cleveland for his professionalism, courtesy and understanding in this matter!
    Thanks to you ALL, I'll certainly be staying with these wonderful folks again in the future.

    I didn't stay in the hotel. Just went to play Bingo and eat at the restaurant. The bingo is a blast. The beer battered white fish is excellent. They give you 3 strips of fish that are huge. I was only able to eat like 1.5

    The room was small and old, but clean and was more than sufficient for a one night stay as we passed through on our family vacation. The breakfast buffet was very reasonably priced and had lots of good options (though my kids were sad the ice cream machine wasn't on yet). Will definitely stay here again when passing through Mesquite.

    I've been coming to stay for 40-something years. Rooms are good for the price . Tried Casablanca hotel, once. We never were able to check in ,the new desk clerk tried charging us on our "free room stay". Manager no help, just stated " new guy" with no help fixing his mistake. Unfriendly woman. We went to the Virgin River and they fixed our reservation. We stayed at the Virgin river. Will never go back to Casablanca. I see why the locals always play at the Virgin River Casino.

    Manager at check-in was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. My reservation was through a 3rd party booking and they switched my first and last name and she wouldn't honor the reservation. She told me there was nothing she could do and wouldn't even let me pay or start a new reservation even though it was already booked. I spent 4 hours trying to get ahold of the 3rd party booking agency and they wouldn't answer. We were with a group and they got in just fine. I had a confirmation number, address, everything was the same except my first and last name were switched. She wouldn't work with me for anything. Her name is Jenny. I wouldn't stay there just because of her. Ruined my entire vacation that I'd planned weeks in advance and paid for. Drove 6 hours to get there and had to drive 6 hours back the same night because everything was booked for Spring Break. When i asked what her name was, she rudely responded "it's Jenny, and you can talk to whoever you want about me." Absolutely disgusted. Customer service is about helping people and kindly solving situations.

    The room was disgusting !!! Everything was stained... The chairs, the bed, the curtains, the lampshades.
    There was mold in the bathroom.
    I was so upset, I went to the front desk, spoke with the manager, who basically told me that's too bad, housekeeping is supposed to tag those rooms.. No, customer service, No how can we make it right... Nothing....
    DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!
    Vegas is only an hour away...
