I like this place, coming here for over 30 years, it's a good stopover from SLC to bullhead AZ. I'm cheap and so are the rooms, 30-40 dollars if you reserve a few weeks in advance. I don't gamble so don't know about casino games, the prime rib here at the restaurant is decent at a decent price.

It's a really cute place on the outside.
    Oh the room...
The room would look 1000 times better if they gave you pillows that looked new and were much thicker! When you open the door the beds look like an old hotel bed because you get 1- 2, 3 to 4 inch thick pillow and if you ask for more, you only get 2 pillows for 4 people. Ya could add in 12 pillows (because they are so thin) to make us feel like it does on the outside!
    Next, the TV
The TV is SO small for such a big room with double beds... I think I have no words left.
Please...Make your rooms on the inside look like a million bucks like it does on the outside.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed.

Love this casino. Definitely my favorite casino in Nevada. We stop in there every year on our way to Utah and it never disappoints. The games are great and the food is fantastic. You’re still able to get that old style low cost casino food. Very few casinos still offer the cheap food anymore and this place has it and it’s delicious every time. They even have a hot dog stand inside with hotdogs for like 75 cents. There’s a giant arcade to keep the kids busy while the adults play. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the cheapest around. Especially during the week. Heading that way in a week and I already booked my room. Can’t wait!!

There are alot of bad reviews so I was skeptical, but.....the room was clean, serviced everyday, water, toilets and shower all worked. Is it a 5 star resort....no. no frills, no coffee maker, iron, any extras, but you are paying a ridiculously low rate so you can't complain. If you are looking for a clean place to stay on the cheap, this is your place. It is a motel, doors open to the outside, my own phobia, but I got over it during the week. The parking lot can get some interesting people, so be mindful, but I did not mind staying here at all.

The rooms are dated and dusty but not dirty. There are some noticeable maintenance issues from wear and tear but given the age of the property is expected. The room prices have changed, again, still a bargain. Do not expect coffee maker, micro or even an iron. What you can expect is great food options, gaming, bowling, arcade, sportsbook, Starbucks and having so many recreation activities in the city and very close by to keep you busy for weeks if you choose.

The carpet and tile floors were not clean. No blankets on the beds, only sheets. Have stayed here before several times with no complaints but this time...

Virginia River is basically the only show in town. Cas Blanca is the sister property and is better, but not much. Amenities are totally lacking. No microwave or fridge. The rooms are old and the furnishings are tacky. It has location going for it and that's about all.

They aid and abet thieves. In fact, they hire them as their staff. When they are caught, they just say it is a misunderstanding.. How is your maid, stealing a customer's phone from the room they have rented, a misunderstanding?

Then you don't apologize for it, you don't offer any type of comp for the time wasted with the police, not to mention, you are rude to the customer about it. Saying that "the maid was already arrested, what more do you want?"

The manager ought to be ashamed of the very obvious lack of customer service and sense of compassion for a customer who was violated by the hotels very own staff.

This became an impromptu layover during a drive from Rohnert park, CA to the Red Cliff Campgrounds, on our way to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon in June 2022. Due to the long drive, we decided to stop early vs driving another 2 hours to Red Cliff, and we found this location after a quick google search.

Check in was extremely quick and easy. They were able to accommodate us and our dog, even with it being slightly past midnight. The room was clean and had the essentials of a hotel room. And what was best was that the room was only $25 for the night (2 queen and I do understand they plan to make it back through the Casino).

I definitely recommend this place if you need a stop and are able to withstand the draw and call of the Casino.

Also be warned. Even though we are Native Texans and are use to heat, the morning of our checkout the temperate was 99 degrees at 9am and you could tell.

Hotel stay was very basic, didn't feel very clean, no duvets just dirty blankets, and we were missing towels (which they charge for), so we told reception as soon as possible.

We were in Hotel 4 which is right behind the casino and has the A/C lorry pumping all night as well as beeping trucks passing through. Would recommend to avoid that building, all the others seem fine.
