This place brought the phrase "good things are worth the wait" to a whole new WONDERFUL level! I was surprised when I ordered a cup of soup and they brought a bowl and said "this is the small one". The mashed potatoes were REAL the portions were HUGE. I needed a go box for my catfish. We took pieces of pie home for an afternoon snack and the slices are double what you get at most places. Flakey crust and beyond delicious filling melted in my mouth. I needed a good "post Thanksgiving nap" after the food from this place. The staff was friendly, attentive and always busy. I wish I didn't live 3 hours away

Wonderful food had chicken fried steak and roast beef sandwich, Philly cheese sandwich,and hamburger steak they were all delicious! We took home 4 different kinds of pie as we were full! They were very busy, however we were in and out of there in an hour. Will be back!

Great place miles from anywhere else. The special is always good. The chicken strips are HUGE!
They do take credit cards, which is a plus if you are like me and don't carry cash most times.

Definitely get your money's worth and a meal you thought your wife had made at home. The waitress was extremely nice and when we had a problem with the card reader she took our info and let us come back the next day

We try to eat at the Six Mile Cafe at least one time over the weekend. Leroy has to have the prime rib. Everything is very tasty and the staff are the best. We have been there so much, it feels like family or great friends. They always say to watch how many cars are in a cafe''s parking lot. Well, Six Mile's is always packed.

Great food at a great price. My wife's steak was so juicy it had juice running out and cooked EXACTLY like she ordered.
