You're seated quickly but service was super slow. After a very long wait I decided for lunch, the fried chicken, Mac cheese was pretty good. My Starbucks coffee not good at all. My poor husband waited for his breakfast and arrived after I had finished my meal. His over medium eggs were over cooked. waffles were soggy, hash browns were dried. Over all experience was nothing to brag about.

I had the breakfast buffet. Nothing was homemade. All the hot food seemed like frozen items heated up. They served chicken tenders, french toast sticks and tater tots. Similar to what you would get at Sonic. The bacon was good. There was sausage, gravy and biscuits also

Breakfast buffet was not as good as hotel breakfast and our bill was way over priced for the quality of the food and service. do not suggest.. we brought our kids both under 3 and our bill was almost 65 dollars. The waiter didn’t even look to see our kids ages and were going to charge them as adult prices.

This was the absolute worst service and food. All the food was powdered. Our waiter came twice, to give drinks and to pick up the tip. No refills no service.

Food was horrible..was told it would be awhile so they cook our food. Came back out in less than 10 min..food was cold told the waitress she was very kind but she took it back and put in a microwave came back and the chicken was so greasy and the rest of the food was gross the salad bar had wilted lettuce..We will never be back a big waste of money and time

My family went here coming to enjoy the experience again after not being here for like 3 years. We were seated at a dirty table and dirty chairs. I ordered a bloody Mary to then get a strawberry lemonade. Are waiter was uncoordinated and over all we had a bad experience. We ended leaving before even ordering are food. Really expected something better than this.

We go to Branson all the time. This time we had my son who is 15 with us. We looked at the menu and seen the prices to see what they had to offer. This was our first time to this place. Seems that the service was very rude to everyone in the building. Our waitress finally seated us after about 20 minutes and we asked for some menus she only brings 2 when there was 3 of us. When asking for straws she just comes and drops them on the table and walks away.
My boyfriend and I ordered the buffet and my son ordered from the menu. We got their buffet. We got our plate to try things..we finished our first plates and my son was still waiting for his burger. They was not really busy at all. We got our second plates one at a time. And there was still no burger. We was basically done with our 2nd plate before my son received his burger. Asking for refills was bad enough. My boyfriend asked for a refill when we was done eating our waitress told my boyfriend that she will give him a refill when he comes up to pay.

Steak meat was bad. It had a fowl taste and smelled. There is NO sanitation or social distancing here. In fact, we watched a table take 35 minutes to be cleaned. The buffet had old, gross food on it. The crawdads were so bad the meat was mush. Won't be back, EVER!

I went with my wife and 4 kids and it took a long time and was pretty pricey especially for the quality. My sides were very cold and so was my chicken. My wife got breakfast and she said everything was bland and cold. My kids said their Chichester fingers tasted weird. Not sure how this place is in business.
