The camp fire mocca with milk chocolate was excellent

This Caribou and Einstein Bros combo has lots of seating, including half a dozen tables outside. They have a crazy-busy drive thru that keeps the staff (all headset-equipped) racing even when there are few customers inside. The friendly banter between staff and customers at smaller, stand alone Caribous is non-existent here. It's been replaced by an unending stream of loud, one-sided conversations as the baristas struggle to be heard by their drive thru customers.

My daughter favorite restaurant very very good customer service we like the good atmosphere give it two thumbs up everything is good you won't be disappointed.

Fast and friendly service. Since Einstein's bagels is attached to here there is a bigger kitchen aspect so getting food is faster than a typical basic Caribou coffee spot. Place is clean and the seating arrangements/decor are very nice. The schmear bites were ok, just hot dough with hot cream cheese. They should have different flavors added inside for more variety.

Bad experience 3 times they made my order wrong, they all dirty and wet glasses from outside and finally they made the order wrong and laughed. Terrible experience to never stop at that store again

Still takes longer to order than the other Caribous. Maybe thats because of a larger menu. High ceiling causing a lot if unnecessary noise, must take to go.

I just want to say that the cashier asked how to spell my first name for the order and I’ve never had a barista care that much. Felt super appreciated. Thanks!

It was awesome there is a girl who works there with my same name she's the bestest employee.

Update I think she is the manager name Ciara she made my coffee and sandwhich to perfection!

I am just giving an extra star coz I bought the nitro cool press yesterday same time after 5 pm and it was so good and that’s why I wanted to order it today but it was pathetic today,I looked at the coffee and I told the lady on window that it doesn’t look like what I bought yesterday and she showed too much attitude.The crew yesterday was super nice and today was unprofessional.I am never going to this store ever .

Nice cozy spot. Super friendly baristas also.
