Genuinely friendly service, great coffee, bagel sandwiches were fast and delicious.
My mom and I stopped in before a road trip and my mom knows nothing about coffee or tea. Missy asked her about what she likes and made a suggestion for a boba tea that mom absolutely loved. Everyone else who served us was so sweet and funny, the opposite of what I would have expected for a busy Saturday morning. I usually do the drive through before work, but I may come inside more often! Thank you!

Great setup, good coffee and sandwiches, drive through is a nice feature. Room for improvement: there have been two occasions where I have ordered something and not received it. I have had to follow up with the barristas about it. They are apologetic enough and prepare my order. That being said, there needs to be better communication between the individual taking orders and the barristas preparing the order

Employee on the register was not able to do her job. She struggled to process my transaction (just buying coffee beans), couldn’t figure out how to Check a gift card balance, couldn’t figure out how to print me a receipt from my transaction. She did ask for help but had two separate other staff members very gruffly try to quickly give her instruction - to no success.

This place is a mess. Apparently all the breakfast sandwiches are pre-made. I don't have a problem with that in general, but if I wanted a pre-made sandwich then I'd head to a gas station. Why have 20 types of bagels but only have plain for sandwiches? I would avoid going here for anything other than a coffee drink. And even then, seriously think about going elsewhere!

I stopped in to get a dozen plain bagels. A young guy named Amory took my order. He was super friendly, funny, and helpful. He also has perfect hair and a killer smile. He should be promoted to manager. 10/10 bagel experience.

Employee at window seemed cold, and didn’t speak. Food and drink was great, but service felt like I shouldn’t of been there.

Although the service is friendly, the inside can be cozy and comfortable.
More often than not there are mistakes in my order, even though they repeat and I correct, I'm getting tired of the spacey order taking of some employees. Granted, there seems to be new employees at times. This kind of business tends to have transient employees.
People would really like to get what they order.
Management needs to pay attention to customer comments, not just here, but on community Facebook pages where the feedback is critical. Just getting customers out of convenience isn't enough. Positive feedback will go a long way.
More training please, and perhaps drug testing.
It would be great to get a response here somewher.

Love this store, employees are very nice. 4 stars because I always order the same drink and it always comes up at a different price depending on who rings me up...
Edited: Down to three stars because the problem of employees not knowing the price of things is out of hand. Every time I go through drive thru they try to charge me over a dollar for my drink. I always get attitude when I question the price but as soon as I mention that I get this drink on the regular at other caribous so I know what it should cost that attitude vanishes. Whomever is training these folks in needs to take more time with them.
