I like that they have bagels in addition to the normally weak caribou good offerings. If you order your coffee black, ask them to add an ice cube to it if you need to drink it right away. Without cream it is to hot. Also, be prepared to wait on line, there is usually only one register open.

Messed up my drink in the drive through so I went inside to speak with the manager and asked for something different and he rudely responded something along the line of how that wasting his products to make me another beverage. Isn't that what you're supposed to do when I pay $5 for something that I didn't order? Ruined my morning avoid this place.

I ask for a light roast coffee in my traveler mug and a farmhouse breakfast sandwich without cheese. The coffe was 3/4 filled (wasn't motivated enough to disput that one) and the farmhouse came back with cheese. As I try to mention this to someone behind the counter I simply get told by the person nearby that she "wasn't supposed to be helping me". Thats fine, but I'm sure she can find someone who can. When she turns back to the coffee- I said I guess it's fine, the cheese hasn't melted yet.. at which point she fires back with a very melodramatic sarcastic, 'Okay.'
I'm fine with a mistake, but I'd really prefer my coffee and food intolerance without sass from behind the counter. Poor Customer Service ruined what should have been a very routine coffee and breakfast run.

The person working the Drive thru “Tom” was very unprofessional, he over charged me and when I asked why it was so high, he rudely stated he didn’t know, and left the window.

she dropped my coffee, thought she'd gotten away with it, tried to serve it to me... then i made it clear that i saw her drop it and she asked me how i felt about having a drink that was dropped. i told her i would feel better about a new drink. she told me she thought she was high. new drink made. won't be back.

Great location and my sandwich was great. Only problem I had was that all condiments were behind the counter I.e jelly and honey!!! Had to keep going back to counter. Also only had one station to doctor my coffee and it is buried in the corner!!!

So I was unaware but if you like caribou coffee you has better go early. They are all closing before 4pm. Which is RIDICULOUS

I am learning how to make cold press myself as getting the Growers of Cold Press is a nightmare. Front line people can't find price not aware i needed to bring growler lids back. Called customer service about this & they never got back to me.

I visited this place a year ago and its just gotten better. Whole restaraunt is super clean and well kept. It smells delicious.

Eh my chai was watery and the drive thru took too long - like i heard multiple songs on the radio long and there were only two people ahead of me. I hope your luck is better .. if in the area , the Peace Coffee in the co-op is usually quick
