Caribou Coffee

SLOW SLOW and SLOWER. Not only that, the General Manager was working the register today and was so rude that it made me about explode. I asked for my normal Med Light roast in a large cup. I've been purchasing it this was for two and a half years. He asked, "Room for cream?" I said yes, that why I wanted a med in a large cup. He just looked at me and said, "If you're going to fill it with cream, I'm charging you for a large." What the hell.

This was the 3rd and final try for this location. The first time I went in, it took me 12 min. to get a coffee. They rang it up, then it went over to another person to make, no one ever made it. But the 6 people behind the counter sure had plenty of time to talk to one another. The next time, I ordered coffee and a bagel. I got the bagel, not the way I ordered it, and again, had to ask for my coffee.

I certainly don't know how this location is going to work. People don't have time to wait and keep waiting for a simple cup of coffee and to have a general manager treat his customers that he does.

It's a shame, it's a great concept, "Caribou and Einstein," but you have to know how to run it, and at this location, THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE..

I'll continue to go to my favorite Einstein Bros. Bagels at W 78th Street, and when I want Caribou coffee, I'll go to my other favorite Caribou location on York Ave in Edina.

No real complaints. Always courteous and helpful. I had never been to Caribou before I moved here. I have been a few times now. Good coffee and I love the variety of bagels.

When I first started coming here I thought this place was a disaster! Kind of a hit or miss on weather my drink would be made right, but they are bit more consistent now - thankfully! Andy I really like Einstein bagels! After years of Bruegger's, I thankful to see a new player in town!

i’n a regular customer at this establishment, i stopped in the other day for a bagel a coffee and the minute i walked in i noticed a very foul stench lingering around the store. I maybe thought it was some rotten salmon from the nova lox bagels, but as i got closer to the counter, the stench only grew stronger. I was greeted at the counter by an employee named jamarri and thats when i realized, the smell was coming from her. It is unacceptable for this business to not be informing their employees on proper hygiene and health. not only was this large woman smelly, she was also extremely unprofessional and rude to me and my children.

This is the second worst Caribou I've been to. The worst is in Brooklyn Center. Last week they gave me the wrong order and when I brought it back the woman gave me attitude. Today my order just sat behind the counter for 5 minutes and I had to ask for it. And they never give or ask if you want your receipt. Just aggravating.

The service here is always quick and extremely friendly! Thanks and keep up the good work team.

That being said, I prefer the Bruegger's Bagels combinations more than Einstein's. :)

Not quite a Caribou and not quite an Einstein's, this place serves up both coffee and bagels. I've found the service to be slow and the seating area cramped. Drive-through service is faster than the counter however.

This is a newer concept from Caribou Coffe, they also own Breuggers and Einsteins under the same umbrella. The coffe is to the typical high standards. The bagels, sandwiches, bites and shears are well made, tasty, creative, have quality ingredients (try the French toast bagel with corresponding schmear for breakfast!). They have good depth and variety to their menu for both breakfast and lunch, their sandwiches, salads and drinks could easily compare to the upper end of the fast casual dining for a dinner experience. The atmosphere of their stores are always conducive to gathering and socializing. A great place to be!

I just wanted to say I was blown away by the friendly customer service by Caitln H and her team at store #1321. I had a hiccup with the accuracy of my first order , and came home and realized I didn't get the correct sandwhich. I returned to the store with my reciept ( hating myself for being 'that' customer ) and Caitlyn and her team acknowledged and fixed the issue.They even offered to reimburse. I was so refreshed by their efficiency ,integrity ,and genuine interaction! This experience turned from a reason to avoid to a reason to return and reccomend. Thanks guys and keep up the excellent service ! 5 Stars for customer satisfaction and service!

Quick service inside. Friendly friendly staff. Coffee made just right.
