Caribou Coffee

They've completely changed their bagels. You can't order any specific sandwiches aside from their set menu, no changes or substitutions. These are gross gas-station level bagels now, pre-made elsewhere. And before the business response with their canned "We will follow up with the location to see what happened" language, it seems that the entire bagel program was changed from the top down. This poor location is just following orders. Corporate really screwed this up.

Didn’t make the drinks and bagels correct. Didn’t give us straws. Didn’t tell us when drinks were ready. Didn’t cut the bagel in half (right 1/3, only cut the top bagel not all the way through). Lots of staff but they are very confused what they should all be doing.

They used to be able to make me a great breakfast sandwich to order. Now you have a set choice of premade sandwiches, and you can't even make logical changes like the number of eggs or type of cheese. Costs just as much as before though! I will never go here again.

Can be quite slow depending on the day but overall great service. I have been going here since they opened and I really enjoy their bagels. Great way to rack up caribou perks rewards. It is also so convenient right off of 66th and Lyndale. With the drive thru I do not even have to leave my car it is perfect. I love their everything bagels. Everyone working is always so friendly and patient.

Ive never seen corperate screw something up so bad, but getting rid of your old amazing bagel sandwiches and replacing them with absolute garbage was a huge disappointment. You've just lost a customer until you bring back the chorizo sunrise and farmhouse sandwiches. Not locations fault, coffee was good just dont get any of the subpar food items.

We were very impressed by the friendliness and patience of the employees early this morning—on Thanksgiving Day! We needed breakfast to go as we headed out of town. Our original plan was McDonalds but they were closed. We were very glad to see that Coffee & Bagels was open, and not only that, the people working there were cheerful and kind. What a great way to start our long drive. We didn’t know the menu so we needed extra time to decide, and the young man helping us was very patient. He repeated our whole order back and made sure we got everything we needed. When we pulled up, he had the coffee right away. The female employee who gave us our coffee was very sweet and smiley, too! We asked them to fill a thermos with hot water which they gladly did. At the end we wished each other a Happy Thanksgiving and went on our way. Overall, this was very pleasant. It’s amazing what a couple kind and cheerful employees can do. Thank you!

I go through the drive through just about every day and order a 16 ounce coffee, the service is usually fast and friendly. The problem is I always ask for 2 sugars and about half the time they don’t add the sugars to the coffee. I called about this last week and was assured it would no longer be an issue. Saturday morning 1/9/21 it happened yet again. Please address this.

Told manager via phone call, as I waited in drive through, staff at the window was eating then handed people food and drinks. I asked the staff to please put gloves on. With covid I felt this was not sanitary. I'm pretty sure staff get breaks.

Been here many times through the drive through on my way to kids soccer nearby. Always get good drinks and the drive through is MOSTLY easily accessible. Turning the corner to the window is a bit tight. One time it was closed unexpectedly but I suspect covid caused that.
