Caribou Coffee

This is very rude. I bought two medium turtle mocha and spend about $20. But they sold me regular coffee with cream. I’m very upset this very rude!!

Tell your cashier at the drive thru to stop being lazy and actually check the customers rewards points instead of lying about it. Pure laziness but expects a tip

I love the service, the products, and the environment, but this place offers no recycling. They throw away everything. Come on guys, get with the times. Mpls has a wonderful recycling program.

Horrible service, just horrible. The manager was incredibly rude to my sister and y'all don't even have cream & sugar? What kind of coffee shop doesn't have cream and sugar?

So I work at a different caribou. I have a drink I like made a certain way. These guys do it perfectly for me! They are all super nice too about making it!

They have the best Latte in Richfield as well as wonderful sandwiches! Check out their "Pumpkin Latte!" Their drive up service is just as good as their in-store service. They are always kind and helpful!

4 dollar muffin was just raw dough, pretty gross.

I have been coming here for the past few years and with the last month or two the drinks and bagels aren't as good. Things don't taste as fresh. You can't get the bagel you want and the drinks are not right. I've been coming here for convenience because it's close and I like caribou and bagels. The last drink I got was way too sweet, seemed like there was no espresso in it. It's just this location and it's gotten sloppy. Please look at quality. It's just not as good anymore. I should add this is for the drivethru experience and not dine in. It is a nice store.

Ain’t even been there but y not yooo is it cheaper than Starbucks?

I come here every now and then and never been disappointed with the service
