Caribou Coffee

I just went through the drive-thru and had the BEST service, oh and the best drinks! I wish I would've gotten the lady's name. She was so personable and fun even though it was for only a few minutes. Great customer service! We ordered two medium blended caramel high rises and an iced white mocha latte. Everything turned out perfect! -Thank you Caribou

Very pleasant coffee shop! Very helpful and friendly staff. Tried the Lumberjack sandwich which was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

Least favorite Caribou location. I've witnessed a manager yelling at the nice girls working there and that's not okay. I'll place a drink order in the app before I get there, but never food, because this location seems to run out of things quickly or just doesn't order when they're supposed to, so I always want to check in person if they have any food I want BEFORE I've already paid for it. I'm willing to negotiate on a drink if any ingredients for a DRINK aren't available, but FOOD is never negotiable. I don't want something else to eat and I don't want app credit I can only use there, I either want what I paid for or I want my money back!

I've never had a bad experience here ever--the staff is so personable and it's more like talking to friends than a customer/staff member interaction. Great customer service is so important and this location is doing it right!! Keep up the good work everyone.

I love this Caribou and it’s definitely my “go-to” location for my favorite Bou drinks. I stopped by yesterday and redeemed my free drink. I tried the chocolate covered strawberry iced crafted press with oat milk and wow was it incredible! I was so excited to hear too that with my free drink that I could have the XL size! The staff at this location are always so courteous, friendly, personable and smiling. I had a great short conversation with the gal at the window and the one who made my order. I didn’t catch their names but I stopped at about 3:55pm-4:05pm. Thank you for always making my experience memorable ❤️

To be honest all Caribou locations I visit do a good job, this one is the one I visit the most as it is on my way to work. All staff are friendly and sociable and help make my mornings great. They always nail it on making my large iced crafted press with caramel and white chocolate perfect!!!

My mens bible study group of 6 meets weekly here.I only have hot chocolate as I'm not a coffee drinker but I like caribou's hot chocolate as it doesnt have the coffee residue taste that other places have. The people working are fast and friendly and have come to recognize my group and greet us as by name.

The only Caribou where I get great service every time! Love the team here.
