As an everyday customer for over 7 years this is by far my favorite location. The staff is knowledgeable, personable and caring (calling you by name and learning personal things about each customer). My coffee is always perfectly how I like it. AL, the store manager is on top of it and Brenda and ALL the rest of the staff are so friendly!

Have had mix ups with flavoring syrups, which is not a good thing if you are diabetic and you get a coffee with sugared syrup instead of an artificial sweetener. For this reason we no longer go there. I've been through the drive through a few times with my granddaughter, and service wasn't the friendliest. My granddaughter, on the other hand, loves it!
Edited: though we still no loner buy coffee here, I continue to take my granddaughter for her favorite (green tea lemonade). Service seems to be better these days, so I wanted to update my review to reflect that.

Went in this morning and the two baristas were very honest and helpful. They gave me a very good recommendation for coffee and our drinks turned out to be some of the best coffee my wife and I have ever had! Definitely recommend this Caribou not just because of the coffee but the service as well!

Horrible. I feel like I have given them a lot of chances but they mess up. I always come in the morning and every time barista Barb is on duty our order is always completely screwed up. She rushes through it and acts like it is so busy but it is not. For instance this morning we ordered a coffee and I got a hit chocolate, she didn’t ask what size or for perks. We ordered a muffin and didn’t receive it. Don’t go here, they mess up your order. We will not be going here again.

Normally have great service. Beth is amazing. However when last there, ordered a reindeer drink not realizing they aren’t the same, or don’t make them anymore. I remembered them (from back in the day) as a kids drink of steamed milk and flavor shot. They made it with tea- so a tea latte. I can’t have caffeine. When they tried to give it to me, I apologized and tried to explain what I was looking for. I was cut off, and the drive through window shut On me mid sentence. I heard the barista say - I don’t know what it is. Then they all proceeded To stare at me and laugh. Still proceeded to receive the wrong drink, despite having tried to explain it. I had to throw it out as there was still tea in it and I can’t have caffeine. My 7 year old daughter asked me why they were staring at us and why they were so rude. Very disappointed. Also want to note - this was not just high school/college age girls- there was an adult who was at the window

I love the ambience and service. Although they do not have a private meeting room some of the others have, they do have an open space with table and chairs that can be pulled together. So, if you are looking for a space for a small group you can either chance getting that area or consider something else. Because of the limited space available for the business (part of a strip of stores), I don't expect that they will be adding any conference room on.

I'm diabetic. I ask for sugar free mocha. They give me a mocha with sugar. I complain. They give me ten buck coupon. Really? Do you know how long it takes me to get my blood sugar back under control? I go back. I ask for sugar free mocha. They give me a mocha with sugar. I give up, vowing never to return. Sheesh.
