I have a hard time with points at this location. I use my app to redeem in store. But when I get in the store, they can't process it. Then they try to get me to go back and process and re-do my order as if I'm ordering online, ahead. Then they reprocess my order. It takes me longer and most often I get tired of them trying to figure it out, and end up paying for my order instead. Then lose my points. It's happened multiple times, and I don't have this issue at other Caribou. I have to believe it's this store for some reason. The manager, when discussed with about this says they are different than other Caribou. She is also somewhat short with my insisting that I don't have this issue say other locations. I don't know how they could be different then the other ones, but really should get this figured out.

My husband stopped by to pick up a couple Tasty Turkey sandwiches. I guess it’s not on the menu anymore. This sandwich that replaced it (turkey, sun dried tomato paste-like spread, and wilted spinach, did not taste good. The bagel was gooey from being heated and from whatever was inside. I don’t know why you would change that sandwich for this one. This one tastes horrible I couldn’t even take more than a couple bites.

Best coffee and bagels ever!!!! Coffee always taste good and everything is all natural and fresh. It's always super clean and smells good. I've had countless sandwiches here and I've loved every single one of them. Especially the ones made by Chris who works there almost every day. The staff is super nice and funny. I've been going there for a few months and the staff jokes with me and is very friendly. Good at reading people. Everything is very fast especially considering everything is made to order. I couldn't recommend going here enough!

Unfortunately, my excitement was swiftly shut down. While attempting to order through the drive through, the gal on the other end was extremely pushy and impatient. Upon getting to the window, the cashier didn’t have any customer service skills, as he handed the food out and kept quiet; no “ thank you have a great day,” etc. Additionally, the blended blackberry lemonade has a very chemically taste to it. Lastly, both bagels were burnt and the sandwich was missing sausage; a waste of money.
Needless to say, I would not recommend they place, nor will I be back.

Waited 25 minutes for two coffees and when I asked when they would be done the staff said they didn’t see it on the screen because they were talking. Then they made them and gave them to me and said, maybe next time just yell at us. Went to take a drink and they were the worst coffees we’ve ever had.

Caribou is always friendly and fast service. Idk what is up with some of these new flavors, though! Tried the spicy pineapple blended, today...ack! Tastes great at first, but the aftertaste is horrid!! I looked it up and the additive is "smoked" chipotle 🙄 (or is it the "bousted" that is the culprit??) That sounds great on veggies and meat, but not in a sweet drink...besides tasting like rancid oil! I could not drink it. Too bad I was 20 miles away before I decided 3 sips was enough 🤷‍♀️
Caribou, just keep the pineapple!

Got gas across the street and ordered online while pumping. Order was ready when I was done with gas. Great service again!

Waited for at least 5 minutes at the counter before one of the employees came over to help me. They were all busy with (I'm assuming) the drive thru and online orders, but I don't think that should ever excuse the customers who are inside by the counter, ready to order.
In all fairness, the employee who helped me was friendly and cheerful. Which I appreciated.

I almost always have a problem here at this location, but last night's really blew it. My mom and I were the only people in the drive thru, and I'm guessing that no one was inside because the parking lot was empty and there is a pandemic. It took so long for 3 drinks to be made, and then they weren't even made right. I ordered a hot chocolate and had something with coffee in it. It was very very disappointing especially since Caribou Coffee is a treat since I don't live close to one as it's at least a 40 minute drive to the nearest location.

This location can either be really good or horrible! I am a very frequent customer. It is very disappointing when you wait in a drive thru line for 20 minutes, just to get your coffee and it is completely milk or watery! On the other hand the times when you get your coffee and its spot on it makes you smile! The manager needs to work on training the baristas on being consistent. Especially when you pay over 6$ for one cup!!! Please get everyone following recipes each time. Other than that usually have friendly service 🙂
