Cozy accommodating safe professional service people great coffee all despite the challenges of the time keeping employees having safe environment bravo take a lesson these folks got it right. I'd gladly wait 11 minutes

If you enjoy Caribou then you'll enjoy any store connected with an Einstein Bagels. They offer more than I could expect, but the real treat is the potato bun sandwich *slobbers heavily*

They have a great gluten free selection. All left in its own package, so there is no risk of cross contamination. Love getting food there. The gluten free food is a bit pricey though.

Always busy little place near the freeway. I had the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and it was a nice deli sandwich. Nice atomshere. Great place to telecommute or meet up with friends.

Ordered 1 regular coffee, one fancy coffee, and 2 bagel sandwiches. The place was busy!!! The regular coffee came out first, the second came out 3-4 mins later, and the bagels another 3-4 mins after that. I didn't see anybody's order ready all at the same time, which gets frustrating; they definitely needed more staff! The bagels were good, I ordered the egg-white with mushroom and asparagus sandwich on a garlic bagel; it was very good, except the mushrooms and asparagus weren't even warm, just room temp. The other sandwich, a turkey, egg and cheese on a bagel, the cheese wasn't melted. Overall, the bagels were good, coffee was good, service was slow, but mainly because they needed more people working; the place was so busy I saw people leaving and going to subway. I would try it again, and hope the kinks are worked out by then.

Woah. AVOID THIS PLACE on Saturdays. They have more than enough people working in there but can't keep anything straight. We went inside and got a coffee, a specialty drink and two bagel sandwiches. It took over 20 mins. The gentleman at the register was painfully unhelpful and other employees were helping us find our drinks and food. The kicker is the simple poured coffee was last to get to us and I received an eye roll for asking 3 times for it. Ouch.

Never had a bad experience at this location! I visit this coffee shop almost daily while studying for a big test and I can say I wouldn’t want to study anywhere else! Great coffee, food, and amazing staff!

I've order from here on many occasions with no issues.
But today I ordered 2 chia teas
And received something that tasted like burnt coffee and creamer.
I hope to god that's not what we can
Exspect now from this otherwise
Great establishment.

Work at a Coffee & Bagels myself. The staff did not greet us or ask for name. Covered Perks question and such. Missed reading the order back and telling the customer the price. Product was good however.

The Nova Lox is soooooo freaking good! I love Caribou and won't stop going but this location in particular has very slow service and get even simple orders wrong. The Staff is always friendly though ;)
