Caribou Coffee

I only give this a 4 rather than a five simply because I am a coffee drinker not a bagel eater and this being a coffee and bagels location I think they focus more on the perfection of the bagels than the coffee. Personally I think a caribou only store makes a better cup of Joe. However they do have great employees that are always greeting you with a smile and enthusiasm.

Great place. Great staff. To the people that rated poorly because off wait time, they JUST opened... It is really busy because people are excited about there being a caribou in North Branch. Be patient and understanding.. They're doing the best they can with the rush of people they are dealing with. I'm so excited about this place!

I always order my usual large iced vanilla latte when I go through town and im never disappointed! Fast and friendly and I'd recommend them to anybody!

I have had their breakfast bagels and they are also delicious!

Cashier had no answers when we inquired about allergens. Other staff also had no answers. No effort to figure it out.

We always stop here when we are in town. Beverages and bagels are very good. A favorite bagel of ours is French toast with maple scherm. Since we always eat on the run we appreciate that they get the bagel ready for us. Once they made a mistake on my beverage order, but they happily made me another one.

I love Caribou Coffee!! I'm so happy this new location opened up in my town. Yes, I did say NEW location. That also means NEW employees. You may have to wait a bit longer but that is to be expected with a totally fresh crew. Great job guys keep up the awesome work! Can't believe how inconsiderate people can be when they have to wait a few extra minutes for their bagel at a new location.

Skip the North Branch site and head down the freeway to the Lino Lakes location. Unless you easily have 30-45 minutes to sit in a line waiting for your order, don’t even waste your time. And on top of the wait, when they do finally get to the window, your order will be completely wrong or the price different. Perks also..... be sure you know what ones you have because they will NOT let you know when you have anything to use before it expires. You have to be on top of that!! Then when you mention you have one, they act like it’s coming out of their paycheck and are rude!!! Not worth the stop!!!

Service was good and the drink was adequate, but they seem to be in a hurry blending and I get bug chunks of ice in my drink.

Always quick and they get my order perfect ☺️

I've been here twice, once in the drive-thru and once sitting inside. One time they were out of large cups so I literally could not order a large drink. I ordered inside and when I walked up to place my order, a few people walked in the door. The employee looked at the people walking in, sighed and rolled his eyes. I get it, sometimes it's a long day and customers can be grumpy but sometimes you need to put on a happy face and get through it. The employee clearly didn't want to be there. The food is standard to other Caribou/Einstein shops. I love Caribou coffee!
