Caribou Coffee

Anyone local knows this is the worst Caribou in the area. Avoid it at all cost. Extremely slow service. Drive through line is always wrapped around the building. Employees are not skilled.

what a combination! Best bagel I ever had, and you can get good coffee with it. Smart move by somebody. I know I will be searching out one of these places next time I need a coffee or a healthy snack.

Great service. For being understaffed and overworked they sure do a great job making our whole family orders fast and correct.

Very few bagels...i think i am drinking hills bros coffee...yuck. Went back recently. Even worse service...stood at counter with another guy for 8 minutes. Yes..they saw us...yes they ignored us until drive thru cleared..no they only wanted to help drive thru. Got americano..nope...no good...husband said chai tea was tasteless...not going back....still no bagels...large empty bins.

They struggle to here what you ask for and didn't offer to fix it

Disappointed. Bagel was hard and chewy! They messed up my drink order and some how charged me 7 dollars for a medium Chai tea! Not helpful or friendly either. I will be avoiding this location.

Staff is always friendly. Food is delicious! And the drinks are made perfectly. Great atmosphere for inside dining/working/studying. Glad this location opened!

Friendly staff. Always Checking on my perks card and if I have something to use they let me know. And the bagels are so fresh. I recommend a cold press with one shot caramel.

Always nice to stop in at family that works there great way to start the day especially on a Saturday morning. Also if they don't have a flavor you like they will make something even if it's not on the menu for you, I think that's nice
