Caribou Coffee

The last three times I have been here I have left unhappy. Today I’m leaving this review in hopes management or someone will give a rip! So today is the second time this week I have ordered a warmed up croissant and it came out cold! At least it was wrapped this time, twice now it has just been thrown in the bag…gross and feels unsanitary. I order online and pickup I ordered my husband and my coffee both exactly the same with four sugars. They both came without a drop of sugar. This is a huge inconvenience for someone ordering online because now I have to go in and grab sugars myself, which defeats the purpose of drive thru or online ordering. Today there was a lot of employees and not many patrons but yet still a long wait only for my order to be wrong? Wow. I normally tip a couple to a few bucks every visit but now I will have to rethink even coming here since they don’t bother to fulfill the basics. What a disappointment after supporting this place! I noticed the owner responds to all negative reviews with the same generic response about checking in with this location, let’s hope they actually do that this time!

Fast service, kind baristas. The other clientele can leave much to be desired... Thanks to the Bou Crew for making this trans/queer kid feel welcome. It's not common for me to be gendered correctly in central Minnesota.

Who doesn't love Caribou!! And the mile long line tells you it's popular!🙂

Every time i come here there is a huge wait and they never get my order right. Either the wrong type of coffee or something extra on my order i didn't ask for. They really need more training. Very unorganized and don't listen.

Rude staff, asked to tip at the register now and charged $6.65 for an iced coffee , crazy

I had the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich and the Turtle Mocha Cooler, both were amazing!! The egg on the Farmhouse was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasonings! The Turtle Mocha Cooler was great as well! Line to order was a little long but you can expect that from an establishment with this good of Food and Beverages. However, the line went very fast! Overall very good experience!

Love these folks! In spite of the often long lines, out the door and around the corner, they put on their best face and get the job done. I've never had a miss on any orders (walk in or drive-thru) and they're usually pretty well stocked on food items. The only thing I can think of to improve on is a 2nd store to take up the overflow 😉. Keep up the good work, Y'all! Highly recommended!

Love this location. If you have food allergies they are very accommodating. I wish more places were as accommodating to allergies. The rewards progr helps to get free or discounted items too. Food comes out perfect and so do the drinks.

The new sandwich mine completely stinks. The farmhouse is gone and if they are out of the bagel the sandwich comes with they will not make the sandwich with another type of bagel. They also will not change anything on the sandwich or omit something you don’t like. They also refused to cut the sandwich in half. Terrible policy. This used to be a frequent stop in our way up to Duluth. But we will go elsewhere

Always good coffee but like everything else it's getting to costly to enjoy.
