Caribou Coffee

Very nice hangout spot, love the wide open windows to watch the cars go by on Main Street, and the calm lighting paired well with the music, which wasn't too overpowering and helped give the feeling of a bustling cafe. This was only my first time there, but I will be back again, maybe outside the range of 330pm, as the after school crowd sure does pack the place!

Fabulous service every time. Very fast. Very polite.
Little spendy. But the farmhouse sandwich. The best sandwich ever. Guy asked if it was my first. He’s like you’ll be hooked. YEP. Keep going back for it

By far the slowest caribou in Minnesota. Expect to sit the drive through line for 20+ minutes. Or you can order online and have a bunch of random people touch your drink. They just cram all the online orders on a small table that you have to rummage through to find your order. This location desperately needs some efficacy training.

Terrible experience I ordered a smoothie and I watched the girl working put whip on it then realize it should not have whip, so she scraped it off taking a bunch of the smoothie with it. Then she realized it was low in the cup so she said to her Co worker I'll just swirl it so it looks like more as she did that. And that is how it was given to me. Very disappointed in the service and product received, as their process are not cheap and then to be served 3/4 of a cup.

They are always awesome when I visit! Lots of great people work there! They work very hard to keep up during busy times. It is my favorite Coffee and Bagels store.

I would normally give this a 5 start rating. How can you ever go wrong with a bagel, a schmear, and a latte? It was 630pm on a Sunday night. The place closed at 7 pm. The young man (with no name tag on) was exasperated that we were there. We had been on the road for 8 hours and needed to stretch our legs before the final 2 1/2 hour push home and were happy about making really good time. He took a while to approach the register and when I said we were going to get 2 bagels he gave a huff. I saw that there weren't any plain bagels and said, "Oh bummer, I don't see any plain bagels. I'm not sure what I want yet." To which he snapped, "That's because we are out!". He pounded on the screen to put in our order, looked at his watch. Surely he was ready to leave but Dude, if you are working, WORK, and do your best, always.

The 'tude wasn't necessary and didn't help make the time to quicker. Bad bad service tonight, folks!

When they get your order right, it's very good. But I'd say 40% of the time my order is either completely wrong, or the coffee is made wrong.

Whatever was in my iced coffee was curdled and expired. The syrup would not mix no matter how much I stirred. I drank chunks of curdled milk and huge amounts of straight syrup every time I tried to drink this and then gave up. There was no way to miss that something was very wrong if you just looked at the drink.
