I am in Love with Barnes and Noble I go every week. They always have what I like to read. Thank you

I like the store, but not impressed that they wouldn't let me have a bag for my purchase so I ended up dropping and breaking it while going through the rest of the mall.

It has a great selection of books, magazines and games. Though some books that are not specifically defined as one genre are hard to locate without assistance. You can also buy coffee and cakes right inside the front door.

Staff does a good job of keeping books sorted and store clean. Children's area with Thomas the Tank Engine track is what primarily keeps us coming back. Nice children's story hour if you can catch it.

Awesome store. Busy for holidays but lines were quick and that was obviously going to happen since the gifts here are awesome!

Big, good options of books. Has a kid friendly area with Legos to play with and books for them to read. Has a cafe inside. There is a big music section to go look at music. The biggest downfall for me in the size of the cook book section.

Friendly staff. The store draws you in with its awesome displays. Neat and clean. One of those places where you mean to just run in for a minute and you stay for an hour.

Because... surrounded by books is where I feel most at home, happy, and inspired. Although a place like this is typically overpriced a bit, it doesn't change the vibe that I love. I wish I could move in permanently.

The employees are so helpful! Always polite. I love shopping at this Barnes and Nobles! Had to return a children's book for my grandkids and it was such a pleasant experience.

Definitely understaffed for the holiday season. We wandered around before we found what we were looking for. Not one person approached us to help.
When we went to check out, the only cashier was engaged in a personal conversation while we waited.
