Second time wad treated rudely in the coffee shop. They need to train better customer service. Like I'm sorry we're brewing coffee or will be ready in a few minutes. Instead of saying " I'm not sure if we have coffee for a large cup." was a coffee shop! I won't stop again. Get more help!!

Friendly staff and a very clean store. They always have plenty of books to choose from, for all ages and all types of readers. Plus when you're done in this store you can take a look around the mall too.

Very clean store. Lots of options of media, from games to toys, including books, of course.

My favorite place in the mall. Cute Cafe for a coffee or a snack and staff that will help find whatever you are looking for (literature wise). Lost its reading area which is a disappointment though

Decent prices on hardcover books, but your coffee shop has a STARBUCKS logo on it , but they don't accept starbucks gift cards, if you don't accept them then get rid of Starbucks logo, that faults advertising😖

I haven't been in a BOOK Store in YEARS!! I was looking for a very SPECIFIC Dr. Seuss book!.. When my son was 5, I got him Dr. Seuss Sleep book.. I looked online, Amazon, Ebay, etc.. but I couldn't find the EXACT same size book 20yrs later anywhere.. LOW & BEHOLD.. Our LOCAL Barnes & Noble not ONLY had the EXACT BOOK but, They have a WHOLE DR. SEUSS Section!! I not only found what I was looking for but, was ALSO Reminded of the books I use to buy & read to my son. I now have the opportunity to do the same for my 1st Grandchild. Buying online is easy... if you can remember what your ACTUALLY Looking for. VISIT YOUR LOCAL BOOK STORE!!! YOU'LL BE AMAZED!!!
(Fyi.. I'm a stroke victim.. to be honest.. after walking through B&N.. I was reminded of how much I LOVED reading to my child & to this day... he tells me how much he LOVED IT!) 😊

After waiting forever in line to check out, I was told that in order for them to price match their own website, I would have to purchase the book through the site and wait around for 10 to 15 minutes to leave with it. Screw that! Inventory / selection seemed very good though.

An amazing place to shop for model kits and Manga. Employees are always very polite and helpful as well. Definitely my favorite store to go to for my hobbies!
