Barnes & Noble

The only non-text book bookstore in town. Customer Service is good. Not all books are available in all formats (paperbacks vs hard covers). Pricey!!!! Better to buy through Amazon. Toys are ridiculuosly overpriced!

Was pretty good didn't have what I was looking for but pretty good selection and customer service was great.

Major attitude. The cashier didn't say hi or acknowledge my existence. I just told her my order after a moment of silence. Then she didn't listen at all to my order, she rang me up and wrote on the cup before I was done with my preferences. When I told her I wanted light(not a lot) of whip cream she said "well I guess I'll have to explain that to the barista" leaving me to ponder what the writing on the cup was actually for. She then made the drink herself anyway. It took 2 minutes to make my drink, and it tasted like milk with a dash of pour over coffee in it. She didn't call my name, instead she grabbed my drink off the counter as she was walking to stock something (lots of boxes in her hands) and she goes "is this yours, do you want this, isn't this what you ordered?" As she was basically shoving it in my face. I said "sorry I didn't recognize it because it doesn't have a dome lid" to which she replied in a nasty voice as she stamped away, "oh it never has a dome lid, it always looks like that" I had another kind and calm barista remake it and I thought about calling and complaining but instead I'll just tell the story here.

A very nice Barnes & Noble. I can always find a new cookbook or mystery novel! They also have good game and record sections.

This place is super nice but today I overheard one of the managers talking poor about his employees to another employee. As a manager myself I believe those conversations should happen in the back room and to coach and train not talk down to.

Going to a bookstore is a cornerstone of the mall experience, and this visit was enjoyable. Clean, good lighting and more variety of books than you can imagine.

Awesome vibes in this store

Lot of people in the store but could only find one clerk/cashier. Wasn't able to find the book I wanted.

Nice little play area for kids

The store itself is great, but dont be shocked if the starbucks workers mess up your coffee order. My friend had her order done wrong twice before she gave up and threw it away.
