Good products, awful customer service. They charged my card three times due to a system error and, when I spoke to a manager, told me they couldn't do anything about it (even though the mistake had been on their end).

Staff is always so helpful and the option are amazing. Love to meet up with friends at the Starbucks coffee shop or enjoy a quite cup. Who doesn't love the smell of books and coffee!!!

Amazing selection for books as always- I go here to get most of my vinyls as well! Very helpful staff, super easy to talk to. Nicely laid out and cozy store!

Seriously a great place, every store I've been too is the same. Has that wonderful aroma of fresh bindings and paper. They offer board games, vinyls, kids toys and books, even a Starbucks within this Mankato location. Really good customer service

They have a good selection and is easy to navigate for what your looking for. I usually don't buy books there unless it something hard to find or unable to find it in a thrift shop. The prices are what they are. They have some bargain/sale books as well. It is always fun to browse through.

Friendly staff, I always leave with more than I planned

Quite a variety of books at this location. Great customer service. The only reason I gave it 4 outta 5 is: I didn't realize the buy one get one 50% is for members only. I feel like it used to be for anyone.

Had a pleasant experience wandering around the store until checkout where the cashier decided to go full hard pressure sales tactics on getting me to sign up for a membership. Her final crack was "Some people just don't want to save money." I've had a few days to think about it, and I will save money, by purchasing books online and stopping giving money to brick and mortar stores who apparently value their managers disapproval over their customers. Do yourself a favor and do the same, purchasing books online is easier and more relaxed anyway.

Cashier was a jerk, and they said they were trying to use less bags. So he asked me if I was ok without getting one. Very cheap of them to ask that considering their prices are way too high

Standard issue B&N store. Clean bathrooms. Books are generally all in order. Kids section was a bit in disarray, but that's to be expected. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the latest in literary publications. And if you cannot find what you're looking for, they can conveniently order it for you to be sent to the store at no extra cost.
