Worst service ever, wow, unorganized, long wait time for simple orders

Very poor communication skills from multiple workers. Would not honor free birthday drink 👎🏻

Roux was very pleasant and had a professional demeanor - an asset to Caribou!

Great place to go for your coffee smell like you never want to leave

Usually the coffee is great but on this visit it was only warm and tasted old

Caribou in Inver Grove Heights on Concord boulevard has always been fast friendly and very polite service.

The staff was friendly but my crafted press tasted like iced milk.

Always make my iced turtle mocha with dark chocolate amazing.

Unfortunate that drive thru or ordering online is the only options now.
