Caribou Coffee

I've given it chance after chance and continuously I am let down. It's blocks from my house but I drive across town to another Caribou because they have better service and can actually get my order right. FYI my order is regular coffee.

I used to be Caribou barista, so I know my drinks. 90% of the time I will get the same drink, and have very rarely complained about the quality of my drink, even at varying locations (it's the same formula for each drink everywhere you go so as to ensure the same standards). After stopping to get my drink at this location, however, right after leaving the drive through I noticed my drink had almost no flavor whatsoever. I turned around and went inside to request it be made correctly, which the barista said she would do. She gave me a size larger for the mistake but it still tasted like watered down milk without espresso. Please have your barista's practice more often and memorize the drinks! I would have given one star for lack of apology, but gave two stars since it was promptly replaced with a size larger, albeit incorrectly made, the second time.

I've been waiting in the drive through line for 10 minutes. When I arrived, I was the 6th car in line. 10 minutes later, I am now the 5th. They have always been slow here, but this is ridiculous.

Update: Finally just got through the line. none of the three drinks are labeled and the server couldn't say for sure which is which. Also, I heard the barista tell him that one of the drinks had, "been sitting there for awhile." Turns out, it's the birthday girl's drink, which feels luke warm even though I ordered it extra hot.

Wish I had gone some where else. Went here to get a drink n use free wifi while I wait for someone. My sm hot chocolate was over priced for what I got n not very good tiny bit better with sugar packet added. ....but made better coco from packets n Hershey syrup at home! 2nd annoyance how loud it is here. I understand people/other customers talking but loud grinding n other machines then all of a sudden some booming bass more than singing music from speaker in corner!

35 mins for 2 drinks on a Sat at 11am... slowest Caribou ever

I used to love this place and came here every morning but that soon changed when I was asked by drive thru staff did I want spit in my coffee. Later telling me she was joking. Why would I want that coffee after that comment! I was disgusted I didn't buy any coffee and I have never been back!!! Horrible staff!!

Cannot follow direction when making a specialty drink. When asked to make again they still can't make it right. I used to love this Caribou and now I will go out of my way to go to a different one. Need different staff!!!

Horrible service inside. I've been sitting here for a while watching how long it is taking people to get their drinks. Every single person has waited more than 5 minutes, after ordering, and had to ask about their drink. They aren't busy. The cashier could care less.

Cozy atmosphere like all Caribous. Friendly staff. Free parking out front.

They charge over a dollar for for whipped cream on their smoothies and they are already almost six bucks for the small ones.
