This is 100% my favorite caribou to get my coffee at! You are always greated with big smiles and great energy. My drink is always perfect and I leave with a smile on my face from great employees!

I went today at 4:30 pm. Drive thru speaker didn't work, I thought after waiting awhile. So i drove to window. Sign says we close at 4pm. They need to put same sign on speaker or better an orange cone blocking drive.

Had several bad experiences here with staff and manager being very rude and not customer service oriented. I ended up contacting corporate, several times - corporate kept apologizing and stated they would have the regional manager talk with the store manager but my service never changed. I worked in the service industry for years in many different roles; I tend to be very forgiving and understanding as a result. I also pride myself on being positive and kind, especially to people in the service industry -- as I've been on the other end. This was the worst customer service experience at a coffee shop ever-- and I travel all across the state frequenting various caribou's and Starbucks. It's a bummer since this would be the most convenient stop on my way to work every morning.

I’m in here often since it’s down the street from my work. The caribou near my home is fabulous, but this one falls short every time. I’m in here twice a week with a simple order of a latte and a bagel sandwich. Every time I’m in there I experience one or all of these things. Slow service when there’s nobody in line, rude staff which I give wiggle room on since they’re clearly understaffed, having to give reminders that I’m still waiting on an item, running out of main products, and food orders are poorly thrown together and tossed in a paper bag. Think I’ll switch to the caribou down the street.

The staff were very nice. The drive threw employee accidentally dropped the scanner out the window so my husband picked it up and ended up getting free coffee out of it. Not necessary, but welcomed. Very delicious Carmel mocha.

Had a wonderful conversation while ordering our drinks at the register. Then waited 30+ min for one iced tea and then had to ask for my other drink which had been forgotten. We also ordered our drinks when there was one other person in the building and maybe 2 cars in the drive-thru.

I‘m livid. I ordered a large almond milk vanilla latte. The woman taking my order then asked me if I was asking for almond milk because of an allergy. I was so caught off guard and put off by her invasive question that I said no. It shouldn’t matter if I do or do not have an allergy, if I order a drink to be made with almond milk, make it with almond milk. You don’t get to ask people personal questions that are none of your business, you don’t get to decide who can and can’t receive alternative milk, I shouldn’t be required to share my allergy list to ensure that my drink is made properly. There should be procedures in place to ensure that if someone ORDERS alternative milk they RECEIVE alternative milk, regardless of reason or personal opinion of the staff. I waited until I got to work to have my drink and thought it tasted a little off but I hadn’t thought about the possibility of someone using dairy milk in my drink until I’d had some and was in and out of the bathroom for the rest of the night. My stomach is still completely wrecked. Thanks for that. I‘m disgusted by the invasiveness, carelessness, and completely inappropriate service I’ve received. Your staff needs to take the safety and well-being of their customers into consideration before taking it upon themselves to completely disregard their order and use dairy.

I've come here a couple of times. Pretty good seating. Drink was good. I think the gal who took my order was new because she forgot to give me my water and bakery item. I had to ask her for it after my drink was made.

I appreciate the drive-through, pleasant , hardworking staff. This Caribou is a bit tucked away but since I don't have to get out of the car and stand in line for my coffee, it compensates for the trek.
