Avoid this one! The manager here in the morning is rude. I ordered two canteens for work, but something happened where they didn't make them. That didn't bother me since I was picking them up for something that wasn't urgent. The nice kid at the register asked how long it would take to make them, and the manager comes rushing up and in a big rush and says "I'm not making those now! Don't you see were in a rush?!" I looked around and he obviously didn't know I worked in restaurants for years and clearly could see the "rush" was over. There was no line in the drive thru or inside. I was shocked at this and I responded back that you shouldn't talk to ANYONE that way. I order a lot of big orders from caribou and this one is so convenient, but I will drive further to the one on Upper 55th because they are very very nice up there.

Quality of this coffee is always really good. The service here is unbelievably slow, due to what I believe is a "lack of staff" problem. This location needs two more people working during the weekday morning rush hours. Every time I'm here, if there are more than 2-3 people in line, I can count on waiting at least 10 minutes in the drive-thru. Other Caribou locations I've been to don't have this issue.

Absolutely horrible service. Had been a regular for a year, now I can barely even stand going once a week. Currently has new staff (AGAIN!) but no matter who the staff is they can never do their job. Literally every single time I go in, they forget to make drinks and never apologize. 0/10 do not recommend at all. If you really want caribou that bad, make the drive to the one on Upper 55th. It would honestly be quicker and at least they can make your drink for you.

Experienced a customer complaining about the milk in their beverage being spoiled. They were a fellow Caribou employee from another location who apparently knew how to fix the issue. My drink was good however, and the service was fast.

Currently, if the drive thru is only open, give yourself 10-15 min to get through the line. If order ahead is turned off for the day 20+ min during peak morning hours.

This caribou is always busy but there is always a spot for me to sit down and do homework which is so nice. I’m in nursing school and I have so much studying to do and this is my go-to spot. I can always find a spot to spread out all my papers, it’s always quiet and there is a nice table in the back for group study if that’s what you need. Other than that it is like your other caribou locations, same drinks, and atmosphere.

Love the products! Customer service could have been better. I was looking at the menu for quite a while and not one of their "crew members" greeted me or asked if I needed help.

Great coffee with a massive amount of solid choices. You can get anything from that boast of caffeine on Monday morning to that hot chocolate to cheer up your kid on a cold day. Caribou is always coming up with more options and even has a great breakfast menu. Definitely one of the best choices for coffee any day. However the prices missed the mark and therefore Caribou misses that last star.
