I ordered a chia tea latte with an extra shot, first the employee seemed confused then had to wait for 7 minutes or more to get through the drive through line. After I pulled away and took a sip of my drink it was pure sweet milk and no coffee taste/chia tea taste. I have never had such an awful drink considering my order wasn't even a "picky order"

Our go to on the way to work and on the way home. Mobile orders usually ready when we get there. It's nice when the staff recognizes you and know your regular drink... Or it could be a sign I've spent too much on coffee...

Went thru drive thru. Ordered just a steamer. Hot soy milk and vanilla flavoring as I can not have espresso. Tried a sip and they put espresso in it, brought in and they gave a corrected one but that tiny sip made my stomach get upset. Have had drinks here b4 and they were good which is why they get 3 stars.

This is a terrible Caribou...It is actually the closest Caribou to my house but I go out of my way to go to the one on Upper 55th due to the fact that this caribou is always rude, and does not understand customer service.
When I used my perks for a free Coconut Mango Bubble tea it was made HORRIBLY, it was basically just milk! When I asked them if they could add more of the tea to my drink I was told they were not allowed to, and then when I asked them to refund my points because i didn't want just a glass of milk I was told it wasn't possible, and there was nothing they could do and literally left them with their glass of milk. I stop at the Caribou on 55th sometimes twice a day, and they are extremely customer oriented, this location needs to be trained by them truth be told.

The service was flat out emotionless. You get no smiles, no "hey, hows it going?", no "have a good day." The last few times I have came to this location I left thinking "where do they find these people? who is in charge of hiring? And wow this place could use a training course in customer service." I could have this location in tip top shape within one hour with some brutal honesty as to how this situation should work, but something tells me the people behind the counter couldn't care less. I understand if its busy and youre just trying to finish up the tasks but the store has 3 customers in it, who have already ordered and are sitting with what they ordered! The world is becoming more and more gloomy and the people at this location wont be contributing to the turn around. I'll try one more time here as its really close to my home but if its the same (which i unfortunately believe it will based off the past) then I'll drive the extra few miles to another. If that doesnt work.....starbucks.

These guys have really gotten it together over the last month or two. Some new staff and a generally pleasant atmosphere. Jonathan at the counter is always on point and the service wait time has dramatically improved. Well done!

Terrible. I love Caribou but I avoid this one at all costs. The service is mediocre at best and my drink is never up to the standard set by other locations. Staff is inattentive and almost never gets my (fairly simple) drink order right.

This Caribou is the worst. Few days ago I ordered two LG drinks. What did I get?, Large Tea and a medium size cold press. I payed for full for LG.
I see that someone has complained about the male manager. Brown hair, brown facial hair and glasses. I have experience his unprofessional-ism. He's a total "Prick". Avoid going to this Caribou.

Coffee had a bunch of coffee grounds in them and it didn't taste that great the last two times we've been here. The staff kept asking me over and over what my order was when they had made everyone else's order behind us but had yet to make ours. We waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before they got our order right and didn't try giving us someone else's order

The people here are very friendly and do a great job! I come here a lot. Like, multiple times a day. I rarely have a less than stellar experience, & if it does happen, it's usually just someone new learning the ropes, & they fix it right away. Highly recommend this location. :)
