Caribou Coffee

Absolute most horrible customer service I've had in my life!! Not even exaggerating. Management isn't better. I wanted to speak with their district manager and they said they were not allowed to give me their information. Manager spoke to me in a rude, condensing tone. Do NOT spend your money here!

When you order a "chai tea," they always give you a chai latte. Which really sucks when you're lactose intolerant. Never again.

Ordered ahead but my order wasn't ready and people who came in after me and ordered there got their order before me and had to finally ask where my order was.

This might be the worst caribou I have ever been to, the service was slow the staff was rude and short with me, it seemed to have gone downhill since a few summers ago. 0/10 would not go back if I didnt have to

Thinking it would be quicker than walking inside. I was wrong. But, it's great coffee, great staff as well ♡

This location is habitually slow, doesn't have many things on the menu in stock, messes up orders, forgets part or all of your order, or gives your order away to others. I generally avoid going to this location.

They put up with my co-workers and I. Plus the coffee was great so all that together is worth those 5 stars!

Fantastic store, top notch service. GM Liz is fantastic. If you want great coffee and great service, this is the place to go.

This Caribou is nicer than most. It seems calmer, less crowded. The staff are incredibly friendly.
