Caribou Coffee

I love this Caribou location. Everyone is always so nice and polite. The drinks always come out perfect every time I go here. I'm definitely addicted to their delicious coffee.
The iced Caramel Highrise is the best one for all caramel coffee lovers.

Cranky, unfriendly, cold staff. I have tried so many times because it’s a convenient location. The chai latte has always been cold. The staff has always been cold. The middle of my egg sandwiches-yep-cold. I’m so grateful for a new location close by.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was off to a less than ideal start to the morning and the two ladies working behind the counter helped to turn that around, highly recommend this location!

When I arrived they didn’t know why their system wouldn’t see my points available on my rewards account. They weren’t really sure and just stood there so I said I would use the restroom while they figured it out. I came out and they actually did figure out their mistake and got my points showing up in their system after they said I Just needed to redeem it on the app first. Impressed that they figured it out and were able to redeem my points in a professional manner

This is my favorite caribou to go to! The baristas are always so kind and sweet, they do their best to cater your order to you exact needs and never give any trouble or attitude. The coffee always comes out perfect and delightful. The store is small but spacious enough for multiple visitors and is always well kept and clean.

absolutely not. i wish i could rate this place below a one star. tikes are incredibly weird, and their lobby is always closed. i woke up at 5 am to go study- the inside was supposed to be open, just for them to say it wont be open today. the drinks here are also never the same. go to any other caribou in the state. it’s not worth it.

Drink was great the staff was very kind . Just wish that the pricing was just a little more affordable . Almost $8.00 for a cooler . Crazy . It has turned into a once in a while treat now for me . To bad cuz your coffee is amazing and Starbucks isn't even in the same league
