Very friendly staff, love when Pumpkin spice is on the menu here!

There were ants over by the front register inside. Almost every time I’ve went in there, someone was clearly working while sick. They don’t fill my drink to the top and I’ve had to wait 15 minutes for my one drink while in the store. Not somewhere I’d want to get coffee again.

Just went through the drive through. For the third time I've been to this Caribou I've gotten a drink that is not only the wrong size, a medium that was supposed to be a large, but it was also almost half foam. Making it more like a small. If it had been a legit full medium I probably wouldn't mind as much but it was half foam. Ridiculous. And again not the first time this happened..

This place just suddenly close at noon now? Leaving the only available location in the Coborns, and that location sucks so much

I guess I just won't get caribou anymore.... So disappointed

Edit: the company keeps saying "email us" but they never answer any of the emails I send, so obviously they don't care about their customers one bit

I've only been here once, but it was quick and the place was very tidy. They were quick getting the drinks, even though they were busy, and they apologized for the delay. I would stop back there!

I had the loveliest person serve me today at Caribou! She was helpful, kind, and happy and just made my trip to Caribou wonderful! What a day maker😊

What a disaster. The women were all using the men's restroom because apparently theirs was too disgusting. They also don't have real cream and make to use the little gas station creamers. They were willing to split a cooler between 2 people though, so 2 stars.

I stop at this Caribou a couple of times a month. I have had almost all positive experiences. Good service, good drinks. Only once had a barista who had no smile.

They are one of the few caribou’s I’ve been to that never have made a mistake on my order. The staff is always happy and caring and it just puts a smile on my face when I go there.
