A great stop for a classic breakfast right at the start of the UP (coming from Lower Michigan). Joe and Sandy are friendly and like to get to know their customers and offer tips on what to see in the UP or how to get there. The breakfast is pretty standard in a good way but the overall experience is one of a kind

I am from Columbus, OH and I absolutely love this place. We came here on vacation last year and the food was delicious. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. This is one of the best places to come for breakfast if you are from out of town.

We love Java Joe's!!! Seriously every time we are in St. Ignace we have to come in. Love the food and coffee drinks. The resturant is a bit small but the service is great and usually very quick. There is usually a wait when we come, but like I said they are on top of things here. They have a pretty large menu with many choices- I feel like everyone should be able to find something they like.

One of the best breakfast places I’ve been to in a long time! I had the hungry man and my girlfriend had the crepes and they were amazing! I loved the atmosphere and the menus.

Terrible service with rude staff! They asked me why I wanted a straw, seriously????? Because of the terrible service our party of 8 received we won't be making this stop again. It was a tradition of our for years. Also, the waitresses have to share tips. Why does a good waitress have to share their hard earned tips with a waitress that offered poor service. The food wasn't as good as it normally was in the past.

This is the cutest place you will ever go to. Amazing food. Very friendly staff. There is often a wait, but it is well worth it. They have great pancakes and omelettes.

Cute local spot for breakfast. Big menu. Hospitable staff. Colorful interior, offers souvenirs like tshirts and mugs. Bathroom decorated with pictures of people eating sundaes. Eat on the porch for fresh air. Park in Holiday Inn parking lot if lot is full.
