It's one of few shops actually open on Mondays. So trying to find a place to work remotely was somewhat of a challenge. Since it's only place open, it was fairly busy in the morning but they seemed to be able to accommodate waiting patrons. Small diner, very hard to have space between tables/chairs. The food was good, nothing spectacular. Once the WiFi issue was resolved, no issues. The staff were accommodating and right to the orders. Always filled up my coffee.

Great food and wonderful staff....and those piesđ

We enjoyed delicious hot pasties on a beautiful crisp day.
They looked and tasted wonderfully homemade.
The crust was flaky and delicious. The filling had chunks of tender juicy home cooked chicken.
Will definitely visit again.

Stopped in for breakfast to give it a try and it was a great experience. Staff were busy and working hard to service everyone as the small place was busy. Food was down home cooking. Great eggs, oatmeal with raisins, hubby loved the biscuits and gravy saying it was best he ever tasted. Service was fast and waitstaff attentive. When youâre in St Ignace, this is worth a stop for breakfast. Loved the old âsoda fountainâ decor.

Breakfast was fantastic. We had the French toast for me and hubby had the skillet breakfast. Server was quick and very friendly. Will return next time we are in the area.

Came during customer appreciation day..was .65 for 2 eggs, 2 sausage or bacon, American fries, and toast. Also got unlimited coffee for .05. Id say it was most definitely worth the stop. Would stop again even if its not appreciation day âș

Sadly, a very disappointing experience. We have had food here before and enjoyed our meals, but today was not the same. My "2" egg omelette was the smallest omelette I've ever had. Both of our meals was supposed to have crispy potatoes, they were sliced boiled potatoes without any seasoning. My husband's ham was bland too. We've had hospital food with more flavor. The highlight was good coffee. Hoping this experience was an off day only for Bentley's.

Ate at this wonderful little diner two years ago. Forgot to do a review. If you're ever up at St. Ignace, to go to Mackinac Island, you MUST take time to eat supper here. I hope Patty is still a server there. She made me and my G.F. feel so welcomed and at home there. Excellent food and great prices top. The whitefish platter was excellent and so was the homemade pie. Patty even saved us a piece for the next days dessert. We ate supper there twice and were glad we did.
Go there!

Stopped in for breakfast. Quaint little retro diner that has ice cream, makes old fashioned milkshakes, and has a full menu. Waitstaff was very friendly. Good coffee too! Would definitely go again. Nice spot right downtown.
