Update Update: I've learned now that this place has added extensions to their WiFi and it is much better now! I would suggest this place now.
Update: I've now had a couple chances to come here and internet is still poor and choppy, coffee is good and service is fine. But it's a coffee shop and If I'd like to enjoy my coffee and get a little work done this is not the place for that.
Good coffee, average service, spotty internet. It's only my first time here so I can't say it's always this way. But it's a coffee shop so I'd hope this would be priority. There's only one other person besides me in here using the internet. Otherwise though, the atmosphere is nice.

Very reliable cup of coffee. Same good product. People are always helpful. And I always have the same thing: hot Super Butter Bear. Not a fan of those people with the green mermaid so I'm glad Biggby is around.

Great customer service! They were out of a menu item and offered to replace with a similar item at no charge. Seems that would be logical customer services but many businesses are not trying to excel at giving a great customer experience anymore.

First 30 mins in line at the drive through is to much. The lobby is closed every time I go here it seems without a lobby open should drive the coast down not up.

This place is comfort for a traveler. It has outstanding service , great coffee , fabolous baked goods which are fresh . its every thing you need in atmosphere and setting for a business meeting or just to catch up with friends. Thank you for a very great experience.

I would give no stars if I could cause OMG ssslllowwww!!! Lady was very rude when I ordered a hot cocoa for my son, she told me I had to be a certain age to order off the kids menu! I guess next time I need to have my 9 year old drive thru the drive thru so he can order himself!! She thought I was lying. I had to have my son peek his head up front of my car so she could see. Unbelievable WOW!!! waited 20 min for a hot cocoa. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!

I had their mint chocolate chip freeze. It was great and cheap. Coffee was to my wife's liking. I appreciated the cleanliness and quick friendly service.

This is hands down one of the worst Biggby locations. Not only are the employees less than inviting, they just can not seem to get the drink orders right. Especially on drive thru. Normally I'm not one to complain when a company messes up an order. It happens now and then, but this is a constant problem here. I always order soy as I am ALLERGIC to milk, but this seems to be of no importance to the staff because most often I'm given milk. Thanks guys. This location needs some more training all around. Love the Biggby company. Just NOT this location. Thankfully I am centrally located and will be taking my business to the Big Rapids Biggby which I find has a much friendlier staff and service.

BEWARE!!! If you pay with Debit or Credit card. I went through the drivethru and order three drinks. One drink I got free because I had a coupon for my bday. I gave the unfriendly employee my debit card and biggby rewards card. He handed me my drinks and my rewards. I asked him another question and he answered very quickly and shut the window. I drove to another store. When I went to pay I realized that I never got my debit card back. I called the 10 mile biggby. The employee told me that the worker cancelled my card and shredded it. I called my debit card company. They told me I would have to get a new card sent to me because that one was destroyed. If the employee didn't shred it then I could reactivate the card. I called biggby and spoke to two different mangers and they said usually they hold on to the card until someone comes back. The kicker is this employee cancelled the card and destroyed it within 45 mins of me leaving. He never gave me a chance to come back. It wasn't my fault he didn't return my card. I spoke with the owner and he said it wasn't their fault and never offered anything for my troubles. Yes I did go through some trouble. Trying to figure out what automatic payments wouldn't be paid, and having to come up with money for gas and other expenses for a few days was not fun. I will not be supporting this Biggby anytime in the future.
*** Also, I spoke to two different mangers at this location. Both which were very surprised that this happened. They both stated that when this normally happens they put the card in their safe. Why was this not done?
*** I do not feel that this location was any bit sorry for this "misunderstanding" There was no sorry or Free drink for my troubles. I was just told that it was my fault for leaving the drive thru. Also, it was my credit card companies fault.
***A coffee place where there slogan is "My Happy Place" should have employees who are happy. Sad when I tell people what happened they know exactly which employee I am talking about, because of his bad attitude.
