My wife and I got coffee here before heading up north. The coffee was good. The cashier was the worst person I've ever seen with customers. Very rude, avoided eye contact and very obviously hated her job.

Usually a line, but never takes long. Orders always correct and made perfect. Not a quick in And out due to parking lot setup. Have WiFi for if you need a quiet place to work and have a drink.

Met with an extremely rude barista. The barista was very rude to a elderly woman when she asked a question. She then was very rude to us when we were ordering. I don’t go to this location often but I think I will go to others in the future.

I love Biggby Coffee and I visited several of the locations here in West Michigan. This Biggby Coffee was no exception to the high-quality, friendly staff, and delicious drinks that I see at every Biggby. The manager here today was very nice. I was supposed to have a free birthday drink on my Biggby card but it didn't work for some reason. She gave me a free drink anyway. I thought that was very nice. Happy birthday me!

Please remember there is always 2 sides to a story. We do our best to accommodate and definitely do not want to deliberately inconvenience anyone. No one purposefully did anything to cause that situation and we are very sorry that it happened. It was an unfortunate misunderstanding between the employee and the Credit Card Company. The doors in our drive thru automatically shut when there isn't anything in the way of the laser, the door was not closed on purpose. If only we could go back to that day to not have had that happen at all...so sorry for that situation, and there is now a specific process to go through to avoid something like that if it happens again.

Staff was extremely friendly. Drive thru line moved at a good pace. We ordered bragel sandwiches and coffee, and they came out quickly and were perfect temperatures!

11:15am on 10/27/18. The young woman working the drive thru gave one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Never said hello. Had a terrible attitude when taking my order and handing me my drink and then glared at me for my exasperated look in reaction for her attitude. She either needs training or a long vacation.

Wrong drink got a latte instead of creme Freeze, extremely slow service (20 min). Recommend going with extra time.
