If you like waiting 40 minutes for 2 warm milks, that were supposed to be coffee’s, go here. The breakfast was good. The coffee and timing were awful.

Went for a bagel at Rockford location 3 weeks in a row. Waited in drive thru line. For 15 + minutes each time. Toaster is down.... for 3 weeks?! Please put a sign on your drive through menu to be courteous

I want to like Biggby. I really do. But each location continues to disappoint me. The drinks all feel overpriced compared with other coffeehouses and chains. I don't feel like I'm getting value for my purchase. The americano is bitter and harsh vs smooth and easy to drink at other places. And the service is just ridiculously slow. I just spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru lane. I"m not sure if they don't have the equipment or staff to meet customer demand, but that's a crazy amount of time to wait for coffee. We went because my wife had a gift card. Going forward, I think we'll just regift the card rather than spend it.

I have never really had a problem with this location. Customer service is touch and go. The evening shift on the weekends are not as courteous as the day shift on weekdays. The bragel sandwich has changed. You bite into it and the egg and sausage slide out of the bagel. Probably won't order that again. I like the sugar free options available for lattes. Wish there were a few more selections. This location is convenient and close to where I live so I will be back!

Wow, guess I won't be coming to this Biggby again. Got there 3 minutes before they're supposed to close because I just needed a gift card. As I'm walking towards the door the girl inside sees me coming, walks up and locks the door. Thanks. Guess I'll take my $25 to a different Biggby that actually wants my business.

I have always had really polite and efficient service here. Whenever there have been wait times, the staff more than makes up for it with their positivity and knowledge of the menu. The location is convenient - the last stop before hitting the highway - so I know there can be busy times, but I don't remember any long wait times.

Service has been AWFUL lately. They have been out of everything and don’t tell you until your drink was already made incorrectly. Not sure if management has changed but I’m very disappointed

The Bigby’s in Rockford is the best!! The employees are friendly and efficient. They actually seem to like their job and each other which is hard to come by these days. The morning manager is fun and friendly.
