The lobby is never open anymore, and they close early every day, and the WiFi doesnt work at all. Used to come here 2-3 times a week but not anymore. Place is useless as drive-thru only w no services closing at 2p.

This was my first experience with Tim Hortons. My wife raved about it from her childhood but I hadn't had the opportunity to try it. Well, all the hype notwithstanding, I loved it. The lattes were amazing. My first but not my last. During our time in Michigan and Canada, we visited Tim Hortons at least once a day, sometimes more. Now that we are back home in Texas, no more Tim Hortons. But there are many great places here. When we are back in Tim Hortons country, we'll definitely be visiting again. Recommend.

Went at lunch time, many of the donut cases were empty, took quite a while to prepare two sandwiches and they got one of the orders wrong. None of the tables had been wiped off.

Since it is Pumpkin Spice season I have been comparing these drinks though different companies and I really enjoyed this pumpkin spice compared to Starbucks, Biggbys and Scooters. All the coffee places are good but this one had more pumpkin than spice.

Sandwich had barely any meat on it. Soup was good but sandwiches weren't and service was slow. Tim Horton in cadillac does a much better job. Will not visit this one again

This location is CONSISTENTLY bad…for years! Unpersonable, and even rude, staff. Many times they’re out of items. Corporate needs to shake up this franchise. This owner could learn a thing or two from Starbucks.

Poor customer service. Went to the drive thru about 25 mins before they closed and sat there for about 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order. Finally I Ieft and drove around the building to find all the employees sitting outside hanging out watching me as I drove by. They knew I was there, and they didn't do anything. Tim Hortons need to get ride of these lazy employees or better its managment because I would never go back there.

They have NO vegan items. Everything has cheese, or whey, or cream,or just plain ol milk. The cashier was helpful to providing me with a caloric guidebook with SOME, good info, but I'm not likely to go there again since I can't eat any of their stuff. Sorry Timmy.

Unequivocally speaking, this establishment is by far the worst in Frankenmuth. Service is horrendous, the food is below-average for a standard Tim Horton's, and employees will literally avoid you and your patronage.
