Tim Hortons

Went inside today to use the restroom and get a drink. I noticed a few things today during my visit. no one wearing a hairnet.. especially the boy with long shaggy hair making drinks, but I seen not one person wearing one. I couldn’t even tell you who would be supervising on shift as everyone was walking around with no head on their shoulders. the girl on s/s contaminating her gloves between orders and not changing them.. I worked at Tim Hortons before and they couldn’t even make my strawberry lemonade right. Ice, syrup then lemonade? Overloaded in syrup as he didn’t use the guidelines for the drink. Some training and leadership needs to be taken. Where’s the person that is servsafe or supervising that should be taking control? A bunch of children. No wonder every time I drive by they’re backed up. Now that I know how they’re set up I will be not be stopping again. It’s a shame.

Had a steak and cheddar Panini, had a slight sharp after taste. Cup of chili, acceptable. I may prefer a thicker chili. 2 apple fritters, delicious with bits of apple inside. And a sour cream doughnut, sinfully delicious. Would recommend and would return.

The whole staff needs to be trained correctly. I should never hear out of a managers mouth. "I don't know how to make that" "not my job I don't care" this location is always "out" of most items on the menu Noone here is trained correctly nor do they hold up the standards of tim Hortons

Great food. Speed on drive thru varies on staffing, which they can't always control.

Just a huge shout out to Christine.. she's always friendly, has my drink made perfectly sometimes before I even get in the door.. and today of all days.. short handed bad weather and Christmas Eve had my back again.. I was with my mom and she is jealous.. Merry Christmas

Grilled cheese panini with tomato is the most perfect sandwich ever when u add a bit of garlic to it!! It's always perfect. The bacon was all on only one side of the BLT... it was just ok... bacon just isn't a good quality, or maybe it needs cooked longer, idk...

Long line, and they didn't have half of what we ordered! No plain bagels, no old fashioned plain donuts, no honey krullers...they kept asking if I'd like something else instead, but didn't have my next choice, either. Despite all that, the staff was very friendly and apologetic!

The one and only Tim Hortons that manages to get my order wrong almost every time. Service and drive through is very slow compared to other Tim Hortons.

This is normally my favorite tim hortons but for some reason the women this morning Wednesday October 26th at 11:45 was very rude and wouldn’t give me a side of whip cream she said her manager wouldn’t allow it witch doesn’t make any sense because i get them all the time at this exact location so disappointed I definitely think she’s new and hopefully she either stops hating her life and putting that energy towards customers or gets fired because customer service ain't for you i wish i new her name but she has very messed up teeth so not hard to point her out
