Tim Hortons

Love coming here for their bagels and coffee, but I was extremely upset with the food I was provided with today. One tiny spread of cream cheese for this entire bagel??? Unacceptable.

Restaurant had multiple flies flying around, swatting flies as we tried to eat, ended up leaving because the food didnt taste good at all. As we walked out the two people staffing the restaurant told
us to have a nice day and were pleasant. Needs a good cleaning and some fly control I could only imagine what was on the open case of donuts. I lost my Appetite. 🤢

Well I went to the bathroom and washed my hands. The anti bacterial soap they have leaves such a strong odor on your hands that everything I ate and drank ( coffee and bavarian cream donut) smelled and almost tasted like anti bacterial soap. I have mixed feelings about my experience.

Thank The Good Lord there was good coffee in town! However this location does not serve cookies!!!! Heart breaking!!!

Just an easy spit to dtop in for a coffee or hot chocolate. There was new staff training so the service wasn't as fast as usual but.new people have to learn.

They don't even deserve the one star. Horrible service and very rude. Placed a order online for a dozen donuts, timbits and a medium ice cap. Arrive at the store around 930am. Go thru the drive thru and was informed they have no donuts and have to come back in a little bit. When I asked what exactly is a little bit they tell me 11am. So I placed an order and they expect me to drive back a hour and a half later for my order that I had already set up and paid for. How do you not have donuts. That is what you do make coffee and donuts.

I had to change my review this morning because the muffin wasn't quality. How hard is it to press some buttons on an oven to cook a frozen , muffin? Apparently pretty hard because it was still cold inside. Come on Tim Hortons, you have my favorite coffee , but fail at me at bloody muffin.

Coffee is hot. Food is fresh. Staff is friendly.

Honestly I used to love the service here. Recently though, it’s been nothing but extremely (and unnecessarily) rude workers with the occasional nice person. Every time I go now is a bad experience. The only reason I continue to go here is because they’re the only place open early enough. Again, I can’t emphasize enough how unnecessary the rudeness is. Horrible horrible service and food prep.

No donuts, no iced coffee, cash only, dining room closed. Why open the store at all? Was so looking forward to Tim Hortons for the 1st time. What a let down. The coffee was good or I would've given only 1 star.
